‘Leaders’ solve problems…politicians EXPLOIT problems

Why solve a problem…if that problem gets them votes when it remains unsolved?

The easiest way to identify those ‘exploitable’ issues? Watch when either political Party controls Congress, but fail to pass the legislation they claim is the solution to the issue.

This is why immigration issues don’t get solved…just exploited.

And, please, don’t invoke the ’60-Senate-votes-needed’ excuse. The Party controlling the Senate can remove that ‘need’…simply by invoking the 51-vote ‘nuclear’ option.

But, failing that, Congressional politicians have given up their integrity, their ‘leadership’ mantle, long ago. In the process, they forfeited that role to the Executive branch…

…and the man running that Branch is more than willing to force them to do their job.

That’s why President Trump signed an e.o. that literally says he will enforce the laws the Congress has legislated, acting in an humane way to the extent the laws allow it.

His e.o. also indicates his Dept of Justice will ask the 9th Circuit Court to modify their agreement that involves how long we detain illegal alien children taken into custody.

With one executive order, President Trump made himself out the good guy, while

  • proving he can and will act humanely, to the extent the laws allow it;
  • placing the burden of legislative responsibility squarely on Congress;
  • forcing the very-Left-leaning 9th Circuit Court into an indefensible position.

THAT’S LEADERSHIP.

Congress (& FakeNews) better read his executive order…carefully

Affording Congress an Opportunity to Address Family Separation

“Section 1.  Policy.  It is the policy of this Administration to rigorously enforce our immigration laws.  Under our laws, the only legal way for an alien to enter this country is at a designated port of entry at an appropriate time.  When an alien enters or attempts to enter the country anywhere else, that alien has committed at least the crime of improper entry and is subject to a fine or imprisonment under section 1325(a) of title 8, United States Code.  This Administration will initiate proceedings to enforce this and other criminal provisions of the INA until and unless Congress directs otherwise.  It is also the policy of this Administration to maintain family unity, including by detaining alien families together where appropriate and consistent with law and available resources.  It is unfortunate that Congress’s failure to act and court orders have put the Administration in the position of separating alien families to effectively enforce the law.”

President Trump writes, to the extent allowed by law and appropriations, the illegal alien families detained can stay together unless it “would pose a risk to the child’s welfare”.

His e.o. is riddled with ‘…to the extent allowed by law…’ terminology, which means it all boils down to ‘hey, we’re doing our best folks, but Congress needs to step up.’

‘Law’ is made by…Congress.

‘Appropriations’ are made by…Congress.

Except in asking for modification of a 1997 settlement agreement, the burden is on…

…Congress.

So, expect FakeNews to make much of the President ‘backing down’ but anyone with an elementary education in reading can see he’s batted the ball back at Capitol Hill…

…and at the same time, gets credit for trying to keep illegal alien families together.

Well played, Mr. President.

We’re guessing FBI doesn’t want to ID biased agents, because they’re on Mueller’s team now

CNS News headline “FBI Does Not Want to Identify Agent 1, Agent 5, or Attorney 2, All of Whom Showed Anti-Trump Bias”

Hint: “The FBI raised a concern because they work on counter-intelligence matters.”

For those who may have forgotten: the Trump-Russia hoax probe is, and has been…

…a counter-intelligence investigation.

We’re betting these anti-Trump people work for Mueller now, and if our guess is correct, watch for some quiet dismissal-of-personnel moves by the special counsel soon.

No bias here, folks…move along.

Lies…and the lying LIARS who tell them…can’t hide the facts, or the bias

Oct 31, 2016 NY Times headline…

Investigating Donald Trump, F.B.I. Sees No Clear Link to Russia

But, waitOctober, 2016? BEFORE the presidential election? How can this be?

Over the last 2 days, those listening to disingenuous whining of Democrats on Capitol Hill during the DoJ’s IG hearing regarding the FBI’s (mis)handling of the Hillary email probe were told that no pre-election leaks of a Trump probe occurred. What gives?

Democrats claimed that the FBI’s lead investigator Strzok, now infamous for his pro-Hillary, anti-Trump text messaging (while leading the Hillary probe) didn’t allow his bias to affect either probe (he was also lead investigator in the Trump-Russia investigation).

Throughout the hearing, Democrats noted – if Strzok had allowed bias to affect what he was doing – there would have been a leaked Trump-Russia story…but none occurred.

Is it possible Democrats aren’t aware that October comes before November?

We leave you with this thought…

Congressional Democrats claimed that no leaked Trump-Russia story, pre-election, is proof there was no bias on the part of the FBI’s lead investigator. But the claim is false.

The Oct 31, 2016 NY Times article PROVES that claim is false.

Since we know that claim to be FALSE…that news of a supposed Trump-Russia probe was leaked to the press…by the Democrats’ own standardit proves a Strzok bias.

And, lest anyone dismiss the leak as merely coincidental…

…just 3 days before that Trump-Russia leak, the NY Times reported FBI Dir. Comey sent a letter to Congress advising Hillary emails were found on a Weiner laptop.

What better way to negate what could be a potentially fatal October surprise for Hillary’s campaign, than to then hit the Trump campaign with an October surprise days later?

Strzok tried stalling the Weiner discovery; when he couldn’t, he leaked the Trump story.

Yeah, yeah…no bias here folks…move along.

His executive order should be predicated on Congressional action

If the President signs an executive order not to separate families detained for entering the Nation illegally, it should be predicated on a Congressional action to pay for it…

…and that illegal asylum-seekers must get behind those legally trying to get in.

But, it’s still a problem, when over 80% of illegal asylum seeker claims are bogus.

And his eo should be time-constrained to force Congress to DO.THEIR.JOB.

We don’t agree with use of an executive order to keep families together, if the children who were endangered are to be kept together with those who endangered them.

We hope the President gives this proper consideration.

In our opinion, the only executive order the President should write would require that illegals travelling with children should immediately be removed to a port-of-entry point.

Ssooo…we must return endangered illegal kids, to the families that ENDANGERED them?

Reader Charlie C. comments “Since when does our Country, return babies and children, to parents that with premeditation of fore thought and ruthlessly endanger these children in their trek across desolate deserts? How many babies and children have died in crossing other countries and deserts in scorching heat and bitter cold because of parents putting their children in life threatening danger?”

If an American parent sent their 5-yr old 2000 miles on the roof of an Amtrak train from Mississippi to California, they’d be in jail, and the child would NOT be returned to them.

But, unfortunately…for Democrats and FakeNews allies, perspective need not apply.

Top legal analyst channels BlueCollar take on IG report

Andy McCarthy doesn’t think much of the IG report either, in his new article “Clinton Emails: What the IG Report Refuses to Admit” and his sub-headline says it all…

“The fix was in.”

Our June 15 post didn’t wait for a sub-headline: “First page of IG report shows the fix was in on the Hillary email probe review”

Thanks for the validation, Mr. McCarthy.

FakeNews EXPOSED AGAIN…by their immigration narrative

This is a perfect example of why the President calls out FakeNews media.

Using the connotation of ‘zero tolerance’ to then blame the Trump administration for the southern border immigration enforcement policy is deceptively misleading at best.

But, hey, why let a ‘crisis’ go to waste…when anti-Trumpers can show crying kids and claim the cause is a cruel, uncaring and vicious President who deserves your scorn…

…all the while ignoring that the President’s job is to enforce the laws of the Nation.

Laws that Congress passed.

And, please…spare us polls showing Americans don’t want kids taken from parents. Of course they don’t want that – under normal circumstances, no one wants to see that.

But why not show the polling on whether Americans want immigration law enforced?

We’ll tell you why…because ‘enforcement’ results in separating kids from adults, and blows their ‘cruel, uncaring, vicious President Trump’ narrative out of the water…

…while at the same time exposing it was a law Congress passed that REQUIRES IT.

Deceptive narrative is at the core of FakeNews. By their standard, if a man is convicted for killing his parents, FakeNews would headline ‘Trump Judge Convicts Orphan!’

And, it’s no coincidence the issue’s ‘boiling over’ just months before mid-term elections.

Democrats have used the immigration issue disingenuously for decades; yet, whenever they had the Congressional power to fix the problem through legislation, never did it.

We’re coining a new descriptive for Congressional members who write and pass laws, then complain when they’re enforced: FakeSenators, and FakeRepresentatives.

Note to FakeSenator Chuck Schumer – if you don’t like enforcing laws you passed

…Congress has the power to CHANGE THE LAW.

FBI never named either a target or a subject in the Hillary-email investigation

U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E

During a joint Congressional hearing, DOJ Inspector General Horowitz told members that the FBI never named a target or even a subject in the Clinton email probe.”

Got that? In a criminal investigation, nobody was named a target or a subject.

Still think the fix wasn’t in?

And, while watching and listening to his testimony, repetitively it was mentioned that no evidence of political bias affected the prosecutors’ decision on not indicting Hillary…

…but never is there any mention that no evidence was found of political bias in the investigators reports that those prosecutors would have relied on to base their decision.

Very convenient…mealy-mouthed, but convenient.

As to where bias influenced actions, if the prosecutors relied on the reports of lead investigators whose political bias was VERY demonstrable…the IG has blinders on.

Willfully.

After listening to the hearing for hours, one fact stands out…

…IG Horowitz repeatedly emphasizes that the IG report was based on prosecutors’ decisions not to indict, but he never references the fact those prosecutors had to have reached their decisions not to prosecute Hillary based on investigator reports…

…politically biased investigator reports.

We can’t help but wonder why no Republican at the hearing didn’t ask about that.

Note to Hillary: illegal alien acts caused their children to suffer

Breitbart headline: “Hillary: Separating Families Contrary to Religious Values — Jesus ‘Did Not Say Let the Children Suffer’”

Unhhh…Hillary…it’s not Republicans who told illegal aliens to try and crash our border.

And, hey, while on the subject of how Jesus feels, think he’d be happy with abortion?

Jesus didn’t say ‘ it’s okay to kill the unborn’ either.

Bottom line: Congress can pass a law immediately to keep illegal alien kids with parents. If the ‘best and brightest’ are on Capitol Hill, nothing stops them…

…except the political expediency to keep a crisis going…for electioneering.
