Honest Americans will agree that a Nigerian PhD medical research scientist can give a lot more benefit to this Nation than a low-skill manual laborer from Belize.
But our system is set up to – annually – allow 14 ditch-diggers for every PhD research scientist, if those low-skilled laborers are related to any of the DACA illegal immigrants.
Call it a ‘crazy-uncle’ policy, call it chain migration, call it whatever you want; that kind of deceitful policy is flooding America with those most in need of government welfare.
You know…future Democrats.
Put simply, DACA is a deferred action policy that delays deportation of illegal aliens who may have entered or remained in America as minors, and are allowed work permits.
Whether ‘accidental’ or deliberate, a policy that allowed the ‘poor children’ of illegal immigrants to obtain DACA status, then opened the door for relatives to follow, has created an influx of the demographic most in favor of Big Government programs.
And we all know the Party that wants more government.
So, surprise, surprise…once obtaining citizenship, guess what Party they support?
But forgo heart-string tugs of drama comparing value of ditch-diggers to scientists. Put aside, for the moment, the endless argument of big-vs-small government and its affect on America…focus on what type of immigration policy will most benefit our Nation.
Forget political parties. What would an honest, objective American want?
First, for a nation’s survival, top priority must be its security. National security requires strong, effective border enforcement, and a strong economy. A strong economy is best achieved with the least demands draining resources from its growth dynamic, and its most beneficial assistance from an entrepreneurial spirit that seeks constant innovation.
When partisan needs give way to a Nation’s prioritized need, the answer is clear.
And tells us all we need to know about political ‘leaders’ currently focused otherwise.
