Wall St Journal confirms what BlueCollar asserted last year…

WSJ correspondent Kimberly Strassel acknowledges that accusing President Trump of obstruction for firing FBI Dir. James Comey flies in the face of Executive privilege.

BlueCollar posted over a year ago that a President is Constitutionally guaranteed the  duties consistent with directing any and all activities of the Executive branch.

The FBI (as part of the Justice Dept) answers to the Executive branch.

Trying to claim ‘obstruction’ for carrying out Constitutionally-guaranteed responsibilities is tantamount to claiming that a President cannot do his job…a nonsensical position.

House Intel Committee report found collusion/coordination/conspiracy w-Russians…by Democrats

Washington Examiner: “The committee…found that the Clinton campaign and the DNC, using a series of cutouts and intermediaries to obscure their roles, paid for opposition research on Trump obtained from Russian sources, including a litany of claims by high-ranking current and former Russian government officials. Some of this opposition research was used to produce sixteen memos, which comprise what has become known as the Steele dossier.” (emphasis added)

Oh…and the Examiner notes the committee says “there was no collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.”

Special counsel Mueller doesn’t seem inclined to comment (but, knowing how partisan politics works – if there was evidenceit would’ve surfaced to rebut this report.)

Got that? No collusion by Trump campaign…PROVABLE collusion by Democrats.

PERIOD.

FULL.STOP.

It’s only a matter of time before some FakeNews agency comes up with a ‘discovered’ video

They’ve tried everything else to delegitimize and get rid of President Trump…

…at this level of pure hatred and vicious animosity by the far Left and Democrats, if any proof of Trump’s wrongdoing existed, it would’ve been revealed in a split second.

That being the case, their last resort to discredit Republicans is to fake something.

A looming midterm election means they’ve got to do it by October…

…don’t say you weren’t warned.

Too big to indict?

Given the evidence, is ‘rule-of-law’ then, only going to apply to the masses? In a great article today, Victor Davis Hanson lays out the dichotomy of Left-vs-Right playing now.

The article’s sub-headline says it all: “The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he ignores the actual lawbreakers.” (hint – not Republicans)

By ‘actual’ Mr. Hanson refers to, and specifically delineates, the laws Mueller tries to apply – and fails – against Trump and his supporters, but doesn’t apply it to others who have broken and/or violated those laws – namely, Comey/Clinton/McCabe et al.

Oddly, he fails to add Obama to the list.

(And before we’re chastised as ‘gunning’ for The One, we remind readers…if Trump’s mild support of Michael Flynn can be defined as ‘obstruction’ of the FBI probe…

…then certainly Obama’s public assertion of Hillary ‘Private Server’ Clinton’s innocence qualifies…as does the now-public admission that high-level efforts to thwart the Hillary email-gate probe were ongoing, and intense…and, then there’s the fact that – while asserting her innocenceObama was emailing her private server too!)

Failure to hold even the highest officials in the land to account, when actual evidence exists, will destroy any illusion Americans have that the rule of law is equally applied.

If ‘Too Big To Indict’ is allowed to reign…anarchy is sure to follow.

There’s only one thing that makes America different from every other nation in the world and that’s our U.S. Constitution…and a citizenry willing to enshrine and honor its tenets.

Without that distinction, we’ll be no better than any other 3rd-world thugocracy.

…and the REAL reason Americans have low regard for Congress…

Count us in…

…Americans have a low opinion of Congress, and two key stories today explain why.

One story tells us the special counsel probe has NO legal basis and therefore shouldn’t even exist, and the other tells us how the Senate Judiciary Committee (so-called ‘legal experts’) “approved legislation on Thursday to protect special counsel Robert Mueller“.

Got that?

This Congress convened January, 2017, and it’s taken them 16 months to arrive at a very obvious conclusion that the ‘investigation’ had NO legal basis justification.

And, just as they reach that conclusion, they act to PROTECT the unlawful probe.

U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.A.B.L.E.

‘Not even a semblance of official counterintelligence justified spying on Trump’

Next time someone claims Pres Trump undermines the special counsel probe when he points out Mueller’s failure to follow even rudimentary rule-of-law principles…

…refer them to this link…

The Counterintelligence Probe’s Phantom Origin

When an ‘official’ probe doesn’t have a legal basisit’s NOT an official probe.

Beyond the fact an investigation was never justified (and thus a special counsel has no legal underpinnings) there’s another element to this travesty going unmentioned…

…despite instructions to address ANY and ALL legal issues that come about as a result of the probe, provable Democrat obstruction, conspiracy, and fraud goes unchallenged.

We don’t need the President to rip the guts out of this farce…

Mueller’s failure to follow basic legal tenets undermines his own credibility.

Finally – obstruction of justice found… but Democrat partisan Dep FBI Dir McCabe is the perp

First, it was ‘collusion’…only, to the Democrats’ dismay, evidence found points to them.

They hired lawyers to hire FusionGPS who hired a foreign national to create a fictional opposition research ‘dossier’ used to election-meddle, and was never substantiated

Then, ‘abuse of power’…but they’re discovered to have unlawfully abused FISA policy.

They used that same unsubstantiated, anonymously sourced dossier to do it.

Then there was the ‘taking money from foreign nationals’ ploy, but it sank underneath the weight of the $150+ million Hillary took from those very same foreign nationals.

Now, they’re talking ‘obstruction’, and once again…yep…Democrats own it.

Seems there’s good reason to believe former Dep FBI Dir McCabe sent ‘stand-down’ orders to the FBI teams heading the investigation of Hillary’s illegal private email use.

Every time the Left accuses Trump and Republicans, they’re exposed as the dirty ones.

You’d think by now they’d figure it out…and stop pointing fingers. But, hey, so long as FakeNews media carries their water and hides Democrat dirty deeds, why worry?

Is political civility dead?

Revolution and Worse to Come

Victor Davis Hanson has a worrisome article at National Review that’s worth a read.

In a withering indictment of the Left and its media allies, Mr. Hanson lists the endless and toothless efforts to de-legitimize, discredit, smear, and otherwise get rid of Trump.

But, in addition, he notes the dangerous turn such acts represent.

“Insidiously and incrementally, we are in the process of normalizing violence against the elected president of the United States. If all this fails to delegitimize Trump, fails to destroy his health, or fails to lead to a 2018 midterm Democratic sweep and subsequent impeachment, expect even greater threats of violence.” (emphasis added)

Is this the new norm, or can adults in the electorate bring sanity back to the dialogue?

Midterm elections will be more than Democrat-v-Republican…it will be just as much about IF Americans want the political discussion returned to a more civil level.

Secede? What FOOL thinks California’s FEDERAL welfare recipients want to escape their cash-cow?

#CalExit III: California Independence Advocates Can Collect Signatures

Unnhhh…California has over 30% of the Nation’s welfare recipients.

Does anyone in their right mind believe the U.S. government would continue sending federal welfare checks to Californians AFTER that state seceded from the Union?

What kind of Liberal idiot thinks up this stupidity?!?!
