Obama flack says O’care rollout failure lowest point…America’s Benghazi dead unavailable for comment

Exiting Obama spokesman Carney says his lowest point was the failed O’care rollout.

We can’t help but wonder how that makes the relatives of Americans killed in Benghazi feel, to know the deaths of their sons and brothers didn’t make the cut.

BlueCollar thinks Doherty, Woods, Smith, and Stevens deserve better from Liberals.

Just sayin’…

The only Special Forces we need to send to Iraq are Predator drones

Obama’s belatedly trying to man-up, announcing he’s sending Spec-Ops to Iraq.

Inexplicably, he says our American forces will help Iraqis ‘take the fight to insurgents’, then in his next breath says “American forces will not be fighting in Iraq again.”

If that were true, he could send training manuals…not U.S. Special Forces!

All he should do is Send In The Drones…

…and Iraq’s government can pay us for the costs on an ongoing basis.

Liberals should LOVE our hard labor idea for ‘LostEmail’ Lerner-&-Company

Liberals have redefined a ‘split-second’…

…it’s now the amount of time which elapses, between when IRS stonewallers are suggested as jail-bait…and when their Liberal defenders scream ‘harsh’.

Harsh? How much are your Constitutional liberties worth, to you? What’s the price that an abusive government bureaucrat should pay, when they use their power against you?

(Especially when they break the law to do it.)

Besides, do you really believe these high-&-middle rankers don’t have the goods on those they serve? It’s called the Potomac TwoStep…always covering their butt by keeping incriminating data on higher-ups, so they have a ‘Get-Out-of-Jail-Free’ card.

BlueCollar’s cure – Cellblock APF100 – loosens the resolve of abusive bureaucrats.

In the scrum of IRS high-rankers and IT personnel, those who seek avoiding hard labor will be all too eager to produce the ‘lost’ data Congress is trying so hard to acquire.

But Liberals should rest easy. BlueCollar has a GREAT idea, by defining ‘hard labor’ for those with the most to lose, who – even facing jail – must keep their emails hidden…

Let these ‘hard labor’ power-abusers take over caring for the illegal children they want so desperately to import from 3rd world Central American nations. After all…

…it gives them an opportunity to see first hand the problems with that idea…

…and it frees up Obama’s babysitting Border Patrol to do what they’re paid to do…

…PATROL–AMERICA’S–BORDER.

Si se puede (yes, we can) make it fun for Liberals to serve time – they get to cover their butts…while wiping a few of their illegal immigrant import kids’ butts as well.

C’mon Liberals…can’t we make them proud to serve time…for the poor little children?

A BlueCollar cure for IRS lost-email-itis: ‘Cellblock APF100’, applied evenly

House committee members are being told IRS’s Lois Lerner emails have disappeared. Politico headline: “Sources: Lois Lerner’s emails likely gone forever”

But federal law (for years) has mandated that all emails be printed out and archived. Merely asserting lost emails that prove IRS abuses against private citizens won’t work.

Rest easy…your reliable Dr. BlueCollar has the cure. We prescribe Cellblock APF100.

Put Lerner in jail until she produces archived emails she was – by law – required to file.

Need a reason? John Fund explains it: “…failure to preserve e-mails can lead to a court ruling of “spoliation of evidence.” That means a judge or jury is then instructed to treat deletions as if they were deliberate destruction of incriminating evidence.”

She, and others (apparently) violated a duty to preserve relevant information. They, and the IT crew at the IRS trying to stonewall Congress, need a hard lesson in Civics101.

Think about it: harddrive emails…gone. Server backup…gone. Printed emails…gone?

Jail has a wonderful way of sharpening the memory banks. Put ’em away, at hard labor, and don’t let them out ’til they find the (lawfully required) preserved files.

And let the headline read:

‘IRS Abusers Likely Jailed Forever’

Enjoy our catchy name for the cure. Think about it: Sunblock spf100 protects our skin from the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays. Thus, for government interference, apply…

…’Cellblock apf100′protects our private citizens from damaging government abuse.

APPLY EVENLY, WHEREVER THOSE DAMAGING ABUSES OCCUR.

(BCP note: Those who linked to ‘spf’ above, learned it stands for sun protection factor. It follows then, that ‘apf’, would of course stand for Abuse Protection Factor.)

The question climate-alarmists can’t answer…but we know Obama can

A superb article at Forbes.com nails the question Al Gore can’t seem to address…

‘How can 86% of the (carbon-based) world energy mix be affordably replaced?’

By far, the cheapest source of energy for emerging nations is coal…and no amount of Inconvenient Blather from Al Gore or Chicken Little…err, Barack Obama changes that.

The only way wind or solar energy can grow is through huge government subsidies, or by making carbon-based energy so expensive it justifies alternative renewables.

Emerging nations can’t afford those solutions…to grow, they need cheap fuel.

But Forbes contributor David Blackmon forgets America has ‘Mr. Solution’…Barack Obama. So, when he ends his article with the simple question and/or conundrum:

“How do we replace 86% of the world’s energy mix without forcing everyone to live in abject poverty?”…then says no one has an answer, cue the ‘Equivocator-in-Chief’

who steps to the mic…

…and simply redefines poverty.

Then (paraphrasing the Hanes Lady) says “you’re not poor ’til I say you’re poor.”

Problem solved…Obama-style.
