In a sign that Senate Democrats see the 2014 election hand-writing on the wall, Harry Reid and his boys have signaled that it’s gonna be a nasty, cold, ‘nuclear’ winter.

Today they eliminated a centuries-old filibuster tradition for presidential nominees.

That tradition, which Democrats claimed as ‘sacred’ just a few years ago (when they were in the minority in the Senate), protected against a ‘tyranny of the majority’.

Now Harry Reid and his Democrat cohort visit that tyranny on the Republicans, and BCP predicts it will only get worse over the next 12 months before elections.

Our guess…they know there’s going to be hell to pay Nov-2014…they can’t stop it…so they want to stack the deck in their favor in as many different areas of gov’t as possible.

If this latest act by Senate Democrats doesn’t motivate Speaker Boehner, what will?

You may not figure out how to pronounce his name, but you’ve gotta love his nerve…

Reince Priebus is the Republican National Committee chairman. And he’s come up with a great idea for the Democrats who boldly proclaim they’re proud of Obamacare…

…he’s hosting a press conference today…for Senate & House Democrats.

In a beautiful ‘in your face’ move, Republican Priebus invites the Democrats to a “we’re running on Obamacare” presser…and even offers them photo-ops with banners stating they’re “eager and proud to run on Obamacare in 2014.”

A BlueCollar prediction…Priebus will be a lonely man at that press conference today.

“Obamacare is destroying the most effective healthcare system in the world.”

“Obama lies…Tens of millions of Americans will lose the ‘plans they like’.”

“Insurance companies will collapse…the American economy is taking a huge hit.”

“Death Panels will ration treatment…if you’re older, they’ll just give you a pill…”

You name it, every warning of Armageddon has been issued by Republican leaders.

If these drastic scenarios are true, the GOP would be derelict not to act if there were a way to stop these apocalyptic prophecies from occurring.

There is a way. Repeal. Ironically, those who created the Obamacare monster have also given Republicans the ammunition necessary to KILL that monster.

With their lies, Obama and Senate Democrats have painted a target on its back.

Their lies (and conspiratorial silence) created a fraud, which is a felony. Congressmen can be arrested for felonies. Once arrested, Senate Democrats can be impeached by the House of Representatives, and that impeachment is tried in the Senate.

During the trial, those Democrat Senators cannot sit as judge or jury. At least 27 Senate Democrats told the same lie as Obama has spread over these last 3+ years.

If only those 27 Democrats are named for impeachment, the balance of power swings to the GOP in the Senate…but many other Democrats remained silent to the lies.

They knew that their colleagues had written language which would cancel health plans, and remaining silent to a fraud makes them just as guilty of the same felony.

Republicans can lock-n-load, and fire when ready. With an entire class of Senate Democrats impeached, repeal of Obamacare can be accomplished within months.

So, the House of Representatives has the power to initiate impeachment proceedings, Republicans have screamed apocalyptic warnings from the rooftops, yet they’ve done…

…nothing…? WHY? Impeachment clears the way to kill the monster!

As Jacopo said to Dantes in The Count of Monte Cristo…”How is this a bad plan?”

Man up, Republicans…run with the big dogs, or stay UNDER the porch.

You can’t wake someone who’s PRETENDING to sleep.

And, you can’t convert someone who’s PRETENDING to believe.

The failure of Liberal policy is on full display in America today, from health care to education, from economic policy to bankrupt renewable energy projects.

Whether it’s chronic high unemployment or anemic economic growth, numbers don’t lie.

Foreign policy is a disaster, trust in the Executive branch continues to plunge, and any who disagree with Obama are automatically tarred as a racist.

Intelligent, reasoning voters see now, first-hand, the economy-destroying impact of Liberal ideology, compared to the consistent positive impact that low-tax policy and fewer business regulations have had on economic growth over the decades.

But those business-friendly, free-market ideals are GOP ideals…

…nobody wants to be caught acknowledging them…even though they work every time!

Afraid of being shunned, but seeing the Truth…what’s a smart Democrat to do?

LIE.

Votes are secret ballots. When behind the voting-booth curtain, vote the GOP policies that truly drive America to unparalleled growth and prosperity…

…then once out of the booth…LIE to exit pollsters and friends about the vote just made.

Secretly vote for the proven ideas that work (and publicly, voice the loyalty that doesn’t).

And, hey, don’t worry…this isn’t a new concept…

…when it comes to LYING, it’s worked great for Obama over the last 5 years.

Sunday, New York’s junior senator admitted on national TV that they all knew Obama’s “if you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance” promises were lies.

They knew they were lies…but stayed silent. That’s fraud…which is a felony.

The Constitution clearly states members of Congress can be arrested for fraud. Which would then justify those Senate Democrat conspirators be impeached…as a group.

Once impeached, their trial would be held in the Senate. And, as noted in a previous blog post, those being judged cannot sit on the jury – it’s a conflict of interest.

Which means the Senate GOP would then be the majority. They have it in their power to do something, by emphatically tying the Obamacare ‘can’ to the Democrats.

Democrats who created this O’care monstrosity are desperate to avoid blame, trying to shove their whole mess onto insurers…who are just obeying the Democrat law.

Impeachment would negate that Democrat effort, and focus blame where it belongs.

‘Cuz even Obama’s lapdog media can’t avoid reporting on impeachment news, and the public would then be constantly reminded that Obama and Democrats are responsible.

The time has come for Congressional Republicans to stand up for Americans.

They have the power…

…do they have the will?

If every Democrat ‘fix’ to this disaster of a health plan is non-enforcement…

…then the ONLY solution to this health plan is REPEAL.

Nancy Pelosi is so confused right now. Why are Americans this distraught…?

When Obama said “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan”, she knew he wasn’t lying, ‘cuz she knew he was talking to her…as members of Congress, the fix was in.

Pelosi also seems to have forgotten details of what the Democrats wrote in their O’care law (it says insurance companies must cancel plans created after March 2010, and that Obama’s team had the authority to write regulations to cancel some pre-existing plans).

And, it would appear, forgets that she voiced the same lie as her dear Leader.

It must have been the Botox. No doubt she’s lawyering up for a malpractice suit now.

Botox, a deadly Botulinum toxin, is used medically to block neuromuscular activity.

Which means, of course, that Nancy Pelosi will no doubt initiate the ‘Botox gone deep’ defense to explain away any of her fraudulent statements…as brain-freeze.

And, we’re shocked, shocked, that such a Constitutional scholar as Obama has failed to invoke his defense for lying to the American public…

…”Hey, I wasn’t talking to everybody…I was making that promise to Congress…”

There’s one way Republicans can brand the Congressional Democrats who forced Obamacare down America’s throat – impeach every last one of them. Now.

Obama’s trying to shift the failures of Obamacare (i.e., cancellations) onto insurers.

Democrat Senators are trying to deflect the blame with avoidance legislation.

But Obama and his 314 Congressional Democrat House & Senate cohort forced this nightmare on America, and shouldn’t be allowed (with media help) to dodge that now.

House Speaker Boehner holds the solution.

254 House Democrats, & 60 Senate Democrats (counting 2 Independents caucusing with the Democrats) were culpable in forcing Obamacare on the American citizenry.

They crafted it behind locked doors, and knew every nuance of what was in the law.

By staying silent for 3 years while Obama spread his “if you like your policy, you can keep it” lie, they are every bit as responsible for the fraud perpetrated as is Obama.

“When a person has a duty to speak, silence may be treated as a false statement.”

Congressional Democrats, House & Senate, had a duty to speak when Obama lied.

They can be arrested for a felony (fraud) per the Constitution, and impeached.

That impeachment will brand them as the liars and perpetrators they are, and preclude them from trying to deflect their chicanery onto insurance companies, or at the GOP.

Branded as the Obamacare enablers, they can run but they can’t hide from their acts.

Do your job, Mr. Speaker.

Watch your wallet…Obama’s calling for honesty now.

Evidently, it wasn’t needed before his re-election…but it’s important now.

Short version…If you like his ‘honest, straightforward’ dialogue, you can keep it.

In his White House press conference today, Obama promises to fix Obamacare…

…wait for it…

…by NOT ENFORCING Obamacare!

That’s right, the Liar-in-Chief has authorized HHS Secretary Sebelius to notify state insurance commissioners that they have federal permission to break the law.

Obama has no legal right to not enforce the laws that he swore under oath to ‘faithfully execute’, but that won’t stop him…after all, he has a track record of not enforcing laws.

By promising this illegality, he’s hoping to put insurers in the crosshairs…and crawl free.

His job now is to get more Democrats elected to Congress in 2014, and with popularity plunging, he has to make Americans forget that Democrats forced this travesty on them.

Today, he’s trying to (illegally) pass the O’care ‘hot potato’ to insurance companies.

But if he’s questioned about that, of course he’ll deny it…

…because, you know, now Obama can be ‘trusted’ as a man of his word…

…well…at least until after next year’s elections…then you’re on your own!

The BIG question no one seems to be asking at this point…

…if the fix for Obamacare Is non-enforcement…

…wouldn’t the SOLUTION to Obamacare be repeal…?

…PERIOD.

With respect to the Wall St Journal, Americans don’t need a ‘new’ plan to ‘lessen’ the pain of O’care, and the GOP shouldn’t make patch-laws cleaning up a Democrat mess.

Democrats crafted it, and crammed it down America’s throat.

(Except their corporate & union buddies, and of course, themselves.)

What REAL Republican wants to ‘fix’ a lousy law like Obamacare?

The only ‘fix’ the House GOP should pass is FULL REPEAL.

Every week…until elections next Nov 2014…if need be.

Anything less is a trap, as several astute authorities so eloquently point out.

Every passing day brings stories of more cancellations, and outrageous rate hikes.

Republicans should strike at this law every day, until it’s repealed. Accept no less.

To stand by and ‘wait for it to implode’, makes them forever the Left’s feckless dupes.
