State voter rolls are NOT immune from Federal scrutiny

Claiming constitutional privilege to withhold voter rolls from Federal review may not be as clear cut as Democrats may think.

There is the not insignificant matter of U.S. Constitution, Art IV, Section 4 “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government” which, I contend (since it’s a constitutional ‘guarantee’), overrides the ‘state constitutional authority over elections.’

If voter rolls are fraudulent, that negates the guarantee of a Republican Form of Government to every state. The federal government has the authority and the necessity to verify authenticity of voters in order to fulfill its guarantee to the States.

The article (linked) states “Since the foundation of our American political system rests on elections, there must be a corresponding principle that decidedly favors and protects the citizen casting their ballot.”

THERE IS…

Art IV Sect 4 GUARANTEES every state ‘a Republican Form of Government’ & that guarantee MUST PREVAIL…or else the citizen’s ballot is negated by an illegal vote.

Review of voter rolls is a constitutional requirement that fulfills its GUARANTEE.
