Last time we checked, the NFL as a franchise group runs a business that’s targeted on the entertainment of its customers…the American public. The players are employees of that business, and as such, are subject to rules the business owner/s dictate.

Now as the California attorney general, he’s complaining about the federal “…plan to withhold law enforcement grants from states and cities that don’t cooperate with immigration authorities” (For ‘don’t cooperate’ read…sanctuary policies)

Funny…when he was leading the Democrat Caucus, he had no problem turning loose 5 totally unvetted Pakistani information technology aides in the Congress. 40+ Democrat congressional members let those aides run wild through classified emails and data.

But, yeah, now he’s worried about community safety.

With the latest Supreme Court Justice nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, you can expect the typical Left-wing mob tactics to be dialed up to full-blown outrage.

But, don’t buy into their ‘living Constitution’ concept, which implies as society evolves and becomes more complex, somehow our U.S. Constitution must keep pace…

…the brilliance of our Founders ensured it would, establishing bedrock principles within its framework that don’t change just because we text instead of talk now.

Anyone with a command of English language should recognize the Constitution for it’s brilliance in that regard: problem is, some with command of English distort its concepts.

But nowhere in the Founders’ original documents will you find ambiguity.

Every concept and principle in the Declaration and Constitution, including ‘…Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness…‘ remains unaffected by societal complexity..

…what does affect those principles are wayward or misleading interpretations.

For instance, many distort ‘pursuit of happiness’ to mean a guarantee of happiness, but that’s not what our Constitution says…unless you talk to the Social Justice Warriors.

Read the Founders’ documents again…their brilliance is in their timelessness.

As the Mueller witch-hunt…errr…Russia ‘collusion’ probe continues, it looks like a GOP-controlled Congress may be close to impeaching FBI officials stonewalling review.

The question revolves around FBI-held documents they refuse to turn over to the House committee providing oversight…which either proves the FBI ‘origin’ of the Trump probe was conducted by the book, and in the time-frame they’ve alleged…or shows otherwise.

One would think, given all the damage to FBI credibility, the agency would rush to prove their case…if the documents it’s leadership is refusing to turn over could in fact do so.

Classified information isn’t a concern: the House Intel Committee members have all the clearances needed to review sensitive information…and they have oversight authority.

All that being said, there’s only one logical reason why the FBI refuses to cooperate.

They’re desperately trying to cover-up WHEN their activities were first orchestrated, and the reasons WHY they justified surveilling an opposition political party campaign.

If the Republicans lose control of the House in November, on Jan 01, 2019, Democrats take over leadership of all the committees, and everything will be swept under the rug.
