Foot-shooting is what they’ve done best lately, beginning with the backsplash from a Trump-Russia collusion hoax that resulted in a Democrat-Russia collusion reality…

…and this Ukraine feature promises to follow in that same vein.

First there was Russia collusion, based on hearsay from foreign agents.

Now, there’s whistleblowing, based on hearsay of a phone call…absent details.

Do the Democrats really think this is the way their supporters want them to act?

Crazies in the Democrat Party are welded to Hillary Clinton no matter what.

Nothing demonstrates it like the criminality she exhibited during her Secretary of State stint under Barack Obama, when she intentionally set up a private email server, and her actions after that service when demanded to turn over data several years later.

Did we mention her private server wasn’t ‘accidentally’ set up – it was intentional?

As everyone knows, Obama publicly came to her defense, stating she didn’t intend to break any laws; months later then-FBI Dir Comey stated she shouldn’t be prosecuted…

…because there was no intent to break laws.

What a crock…

The federal laws she violated don’t require provable intent…but, even if they did

1. choosing to set up a private email server to evade oversight would be the very definition of ‘INTENT’;
2. choosing to destroy or have data under subpoena destroyed is INTENT;
3. choosing not to capture and preserve documents is INTENT;
4. choosing to make false statements to Congress is INTENT;
5. choosing to remove data without authority is INTENT;
6. choosing to act in concert with others to commit acts is INTENT.

That said, here are the laws that Hillary Clinton violated, intentionally or otherwise:

• Federal Records Act – created & obtained records during employment must be captured and preserved by employee agency (violated that law daily, for 4 years);
• 18 U.S.C. 641 – stealing government documents;
• 18 U.S.C. 2071 (b) – concealed, removed, obliterated, destroyed records;
• 18 U.S.C. 1001 – making materially false statements to Congress;
• 18 U.S.C. 1505 & 1515(b) – obstructed justice, and acted corruptly to withhold, conceal, destroy documents/information in a congressional investigation;
• 18 U.S.C. 793 (d) (e) & (f) – willful and deliberate retention of classified documents and permitted them removed, or illegally moved them, from their proper place;
• 18 U.S.C. 1924(a) – knowingly removed documents or materials without authority and with intent to retain at an unauthorized location;
• 18 U.S.C. 286 & 371 – multiple conspiracy counts of acting in concert with others.

Anyone who wants further clarification of laws can use the links provided or read Gregg Jarrett’s ‘The Russia Hoax’…in which he lays out in detail her acts violating said laws, and provided the basis for this post, in our hope honest doubters will see the truth.

Every one of those laws are provable, with plenty of evidence to support the proof.

We challenge Hillary supporters to prove otherwise.

A President’s job is to work with foreign leaders, which (for Democrats) promises…

…collusion, around every corner: the vast Left-wing conspiracy can have the President colluding with ANY nation he talks to between now and the November 2020 election.

Regardless of what his discussions cover with those nations.

Every nation a Democrat has done underhanded business with in the past will become a possible collusion-wedge for them going forward. Today, it’s Ukraine and Russia.

Democrats collude & extort, then demand Trump be investigated for collusion, extortion.

Prediction: this will not stop.

How is it any different from selling Uranium interests to Russia (Hillary & Obama), using the Ukrainians to peddle disinformation about then-candidate Trump, or influence-peddling to China (Biden and Feinstein)? No sweat…just turn it into a Trump problem.

Solution? The President should lay out the law, lay out the evidence…

Without knowing the details of a ‘whistle-blower’ complaint, the President’s opposition claim he exerted undue pressure on Ukrainian leaders to ‘get dirt’ on Joe Biden.

First…did we mention they don’t know the details?

But, that said, in 2018 Joe Biden was videotaped bragging about how he exerted undue pressure on Ukrainian leaders…while he was Vice President…to fire a prosecutor who was investigating corruption in a company Biden’s son was involved with in Ukraine.

He threatened withholding $1bn in aid…the prosecutor was fired within hours, and the investigation halted…which probably saved Biden and his son huge embarrassment.

Let that sink in. Biden’s damning self-admitted extortion is not ‘dirt’…it’s criminal.

Democrats, without evidence, investigated Donald Trump…even forcing a hoax special counsel investigation on the Nation…in order to hamstring and delegitimize him.

Yet, when there’s real videotaped, self-admitted evidence of wrongdoing…they rage about impeachment when the President fulfills his role of taking care laws are executed.

Demonstrating for all to see that this ‘laws-for-thee, not-for-me’ lunacy WILL NOT STOP.

Facing such implacable lawlessness, the President has no choice but go full bore.

Facing re-election, prosecuting the opposition’s lawlessness will anger the Democrat base, and could arguably generate a larger get-out-the-vote reaction for them…

…but will it equal a backlash against lawlessness among honest Democrat voters?

We suggest clearly upholding rule-of-law will tilt more voters in Pres Trump’s direction, especially if the proceedings are transparent, and the available evidence is displayed.

Furthermore, there’s every possibility minor bad actors will turn state’s evidence when they see that they will be held accountable, bringing down the leaders of the crimes.

Regardless…clearly and reliably upholding rule-of-law is it’s own reward.

For the last 3 years, we’ve heard nothing but negatives about Trump and his campaign aides talking to foreign nations, but, last time we checked there was no law against it.

Now comes news about Joe Biden extorting a nation…and that’s okay?

Biden is on video, bragging about forcing the Ukrainian government to fire a prosecutor investigating corruption of a Ukraine corporation that allegedly involved Biden’s son…

…WHILE Joe Biden was America’s Vice President…

…by threatening to withhold taxpayer-funded aid of $1bn to Ukraine until it was done…

…and the FakeNews/Left/Anti/Never-Trump contingent is aghast it’s being looked into?

So what, if on a phone call to Ukrainian leaders, Trump asked about the circumstances?

Call it extortion, call it ‘pay-to-play’…using American tax dollars to personally benefit in such a manner is disgusting at best, criminal at worst; the President’s doing his job.

You remember: “…he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…“

And, yet, somehow, revenge-deranged Democrats claim this action of the President, by looking into Joe Biden’s self-admitted extortion, is impeachment-worthy? REALLY?

To be immune to corruption of this magnitude in their midst is CRINGE-WORTHY.

If anyone deserves to be impeached…it’s Joe Biden. But, this is Hillary Clinton all over again. She committed 6 felonies by setting up a private email server while Sec-State, and the Left had to do a Comey-dance to keep her eligible for a presidential run.

Same thing is happening now, with Joe Biden.

Here’s an idea for Democrats: try nominating a NON-CORRUPT candidate for once!
