Even the liberal ‘Hill’ online news group is calling for a special investigation of Hillary’s UraniumOne-Russia connection, but one might worry about whether Democrats will use this as a back-door mechanism to get hands on and flush incriminating evidence.

…spare us the phony outrage over Gold Star Family sanctity. That widow’s being exploited by a political demagogue…with assistance from your media masters.

Yes, a Gold Star family has suffered the ultimate sacrifice, a lost loved one.

Yes, a Gold Star widow can say whatever she wants, no matter how partisan.

And…Yes, a President can defend himself…from cruel political demagogues.

Sure, they can claim a Gold Star family is sacrosanct, even if the family chooses to join forces with a political demagogue clown in her insensitive timing to attack the President.

And sure, they can say a President defending himself is an attack on the widow’s credibility, even if his responses seem to be directed at the cheap-shot demagogue...

…(‘cuz that’s how the Democrat-Left plays their game).

No, they don’t have to give her grief-stricken frame of mind any consideration. No, they don’t have to like someone defending themselves from a cheap shot artist.

For the rest of us – Consider the players, consider the politics, choose your side.

We honor the Gold-Star family, and forgive any partisan rancor the widow may feel at the loss of her loved one. At such a sad time, striking out is totally understandable.

But, we despise the insensitive political clown who played on that Gold Star widow’s grief, in order to gain cheap partisan points…to become (her words) a ‘rock star’.

And we see the President’s response directed at the clown, not the Gold Star widow.

But, we ask the Left: how low will you go…in achieving rock-star status?

Every tweet the President made defending his comments to the Gold Star widow were in response to the political clown exploiting that widow’s grief to get in her cheap shots.

So, when it comes to disrespecting the Gold Star families, we know the culprits.

Democrats are trying to compare the recent Niger ambush, which resulted in 4 dead American spec-ops troops, to the 2012 Benghazi attack that left 4 Americans dead.

Both were tragic, but there’s a huge difference between an overt, ongoing operation of our U.S. military knowingly operating in harm’s way, and an embassy/consulate assault.

Just one more desperate attempt to whitewash Obama’s pathetic lack of leadership.

As Commander-in-Chief, President Trump accepts full responsibility for the active role our military is involved in on foreign soil, without hesitation…

…unlike Obama, who dodged responsibility, falsely blaming a video…

…and REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE to those under siege.

According to the latest reports, U.S. forces under attack in Niger called in for support and it was on the way soon after, arriving within minutes of their call…

…but, when Americans in Benghazi called for support…Obama went to bed.

Do Democrats really want to bring up Benghazi now?

It bears repeating: if the dossier’s legit…why HIDE who’s behind it?

Besides, once it became part of the public record and used as a basis for investigating the President, it became eligible for critics to establish its legitimacy, and a large part of that will be understanding who financed the hit-piece in the first place.

Its assertions are unsubstantiated, or proven wrong…and some of those targeted have filed defamation lawsuits…but FusionGPS has been, shall we say, uncooperative.

As usual, Democrat-Left groups want it both ways – they want to beat Republicans over the head with its claims…but deny any efforts to determine sourcing or legitimacy.

You know – ‘it’s not the legitimacy that’s important…its the seriousness of the charge.’

Yeah, yeah…just another day in the Swamp.

Those on the Right celebrating the news that special counsel Mueller is investigating the Podesta firm should be skeptical, considering Mueller’s connection to the issue.

Think, people…Mueller was the FBI Director at the start of this mess, Rosenstein was the Maryland U.S. attorney, and Comey took over as the FBI Director toward the end of the issue. These players should NOT be investigating the very schemes they enabled.

If anything, Attorney General Sessions should immediately declare a conflict of interest and forestall any attempt on Mueller and his Democrat lawyer cohort to proceed.

Otherwise, a lot of evidence could very possibly end up going down the Memory Hole.

The alternative is to trust that these principals will do the RIGHT thing.

Good luck with that pipe-dream.

We’ve been saying it for a week now…the Mueller special counsel probe is merely one more effort by Democrats to hide the massive scandal during the Obama years.

Now, none other than the renowned Victor Davis Hanson lays out in stunning detail the corrupt mechanisms in play from Obama on down…and it ain’t pretty for Democrats.

The media has performed super-human tasks to carry Democrat water to this point, but it remains to be seen if even the most liberal among them can suppress what’s coming.

Maybe cracks in that effort have begun with The Hill’s reporting? It’s early times yet but there’s only so much water even the networks can carry, before their bucket fails.

Quick – someone find a reputable dictionary defining ’empty barrel’ as racist. If you fail, don’t blame yourself – there is no reputable dictionary (or thesaurus, for that matter) that defines the phrase ’empty barrel’…let alone in terms of racist derogatory fashion.

Evidently, only in the race-baiter dictionary is there such a definition; we’re assuming Frederica Wilson, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton keep theirs within arms reach.

But, anyone who ever rolled a barrel knows empty ones make the most noise. And any reasonable search for an ’empty barrel’ reference comes up with that simile.

The oldest source of the term seems to be Plato, who’s quoted saying “an empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so, they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.“

Which means Plato had a few Frederica Wilsons to deal with, too.
