Tired of courts that refuse to follow the laws of our land? Eliminate them.

U.S. Constitution, Art. 1, sect.8, subsect.9: Congress has the power “To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court…”

Within that power lies authority to ‘de-constitute’ tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court. A judiciary that violates allegiance to the Constitution deserves no less.

Are Republicans willing to defend and support the Constitution, which their oath of office requires, or not? How hard is it to make that decision?

The time is now…de-constitute those tribunals that have scorned allegiance to the very document that makes their existence possible…

…then, re-constitute tribunals that will follow our Constitution’s principles.

MAN UP, Republicans.

Considering the fact a majority of states are under GOP control, they have plenty of chances to use the courts to set things right.

Settled law and the Constitution support the President’s authority to protect the USA.

File suits AGAINST the states of Washington and Minnesota, on the basis they have jeopardized ALL the states’ national security.

In the meantime, President Trump should direct those travelers from the 7 nations listed in his ban to…

…the states of Washington and Minnesota.

In the 9th Circuit ruling against Mr Trump’s travel ban, they also inferred what he said prior to writing the EO was relevant as well.

Their Leftwing puppetmasters cheered the sentiment.

Wonder where they were when Obama noted he couldn’t legitimately do anything about rewriting immigration law…

…then proceeded to write an EO that did just that?

If the Left didn’t have a double standard, they’d have NO standards at all.

The 9th Circuit just ruled against the President’s temporary travel ban.

Okay…but remember, the 9th Circuit has a history of the Supreme Court knocking them down.

Their opinion on why Washington and Minnesota states have standing because they might lose college enrollees and professors opens the door…

…to the other 46 continental states suing with standing that they might suffer terror attacks as a result.

President Trump and Republicans in Congress should take every opportunity to show the extent the Democrat Left will go to obstruct his administration…

…even if it means exposing Americans to terrorist attacks.

President Trump has promised to withhold federal funding to sanctuary locales which violate Constitutional imperatives to follow the federal immigration laws.

Got that…sanctuary activities violate the law; and therefore are unconstitutional.

So, one would assume that a sanctuary city like San Francisco would recognize the ludicrous nature of relying ON the Constitution, to fight feds withholding funds.

Nope, not the Left coast. They’re suing to continue receiving federal funds, claiming that denying them the money is…wait for it…UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

This is your California tax dollars at work.

To sum up, in a Leftist world, cities and states violating the Constitution…good.

Our federal government enforcing the Constitution…BAD…

…and San Francisco wants to use the Constitution to stop that enforcement.

Only a Democrat would see using the Constitution…

…to allow violating the Constitution…

…as logical.

As usual, the Left is in high dudgeon, after President Trump suggested that the law (and the Constitution) which gives him national security powers be followed.

God forbid.

It’s a strange world we live in, if someone calling for judges to enforce settled law is considered to be attacking judges…instead of just asking them to do their job.

Democrats and Left-wing media attack dogs are willing to misconstrue at will when it comes to painting President Trump as a malevolent force, even ignoring reality.

Their hypocrisy is, as usual, on full display…

(Especially when it’s fact Obama did attack the courts several times, with impunity.)

As the A-list celebrities rant and rave over confirmation of Betsy DeVos as the new Education Secretary, screaming that America’s children are threatened now…

…one can only wonder how many of their kids go to public school?

Betsy DeVos, you see, is a champion of charter schools and school choice.

In case you’ve missed it, that’s a HUGE threat to the teachers’ unions, and a huge reason why the Democrat Party (disproportionate recipients of union donations) will do anything and everything to fight against such champions of free choice.

Nothing enrages a union more than loss of revenue, and DeVos threatens that.

After all, to the unions, it’s about the dollars…not the education.

For those A-list celebrities, we would ask if they were willing to put their kids in the public education system they so rabidly tweet for…
