Ford doesn’t know when it happened, where it happened, and according to her therapy notes made by the therapist, she’s not even clear on how many assailants there were.

…to which we must respond – Senator, do you have ANY decency?

A senator withholding information during a Senate confirmation process is not ethical.

Releasing said information at the 11th hour to derail-by-innuendo is unethical.

Feinstein deserves an official Senate rebuke for unethical behavior.

The woman claiming sexual assault, alleging Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh as the assailant, now demands an FBI investigation before testifying at the Senate hearing.

Sorry, Ms. Ford, but if you really wanted a full and complete airing of these allegations, the normal (and proper) way to get that accomplished was to bring it up long ago.

Failure to follow necessary procedure on your part does not constitute an emergency on the Senate’s part…your timing-delay tactics have exposed your activist agenda.

As a PhD in psychology, training graduate students in clinical psychology, if anyone would know that, she should know that…since her regimen includes intervention.

“Ford is a clinical psychology professor at Palo Alto University in California. A biostatistician, she “specializes in the design and analysis of clinical trials and other forms of intervention evaluation,” according to the university.”

While everyone discusses the trauma that a woman may go through during cases such as she alludes to, why does everyone gloss over Dr. Ford’s psychological background?

Because one would expect a PhD in psychology to know how to cope?

If this did happen to her, are we expected to believe she remained quiet about it for 30 years…opened up about it 6 years ago, in a couples therapy session…but, yet, still remained quiet until the accused was nominated for the Supreme Court?

So, what… if he’d never been nominated…he’d NEVER HAVE BEEN accused?

Ms. Ford opened this can of worms in a suspiciously timed manner. And as we’ve noted previously, Kavanaugh and the only other person involved categorically deny this event.

And it’s more difficult to refute since she doesn’t remember when or where it happened.

The accused has received an overwhelming endorsement from the body of students in his high school and college years, and colleagues who have known him over the years.

The accuser has received ‘anonymous’ online support of persons who claim to have attended her school (but don’t claim to know her personally) and say it could’ve been.

Sorry Dr. Ford, you know Congress serves all Americans, not just you.

To make such specious accusations in a decidedly suspicious manner, with very convenient lapses of memory as to when and where the event occurred, just doesn’t pass the smell test…and certainly gives you no right to make demands of Congress given the manner with which you timed and pushed forward your accusations.

Dr. Ford – Show up for testimony, don’t show up…it’s on you.

Because we’re sure the imminent defamation lawsuit heading your way will provide the investigative process you encourage, and a chance to hear from character witnesses.

(And the Senate should complete their process, regardless what she decides.)

Who in their right mind believes a President in office for just twenty months has already caused – or made worse – hurricanes that have been happening since Time began?

Point taken, but in this New-Age political world, we maintain that the best approach for Kavanaugh is to assert innocence, while extending sympathy to a ‘confused’ victim.

Even a Left-wing activist can be a victim…the high road shows integrity and humanity.

Suffice to say those who embrace the Democrats’ politics of personal destruction will not be swayed by such an act of integrity, but those disgusted with political chicanery and willing to keep an open mind would give Brett Kavanaugh kudos for such acts.

Besides, this may not be the end of such political evil, but just the beginning.

We have no doubt Democrat Senator Cory Booker has an ‘anonymous letter’ alluding to Brett Kavanaugh being a secret member, maybe even Grand Wizard…of the KKK.

Buckle up – the next 50 days to midterm elections will be tumultuous.

It was only a matter of time for Democrats to launch their politics of personal destruction against Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh…after all, this is what Democrats do.

So they wait until the 11th hour, just before a vote on his nomination, then hit him with a claim of an alleged drunken teen-age sexual assault on a girl over 35 years ago.

Why they never came forward DURING the hearing is the question. Politics of personal destruction is the only answer, but additionally, the accuser also needs attention.

It’s a ‘he-said, she-said’ situation with a twist, in that the only alleged witness to the event claims it never happened; but none-the-less, how to deal with the issue is key.

The lady has a right to be heard. That said, so does Kavanaugh, and he should know that a categorical denial is just one part of handling this potentially explosive situation.

Because, if it never happened…the lady has issues to be dealt with. And, if it happened, but it’s just a case of mistaken identity…the lady has issues that must be dealt with.

Either way – the lady has issues that need to be dealt with. And, either way, the falsely accused (whether accidentally, or deliberately) has a reputation to be protected.

The burden of proof is ALWAYS on the accuser…but she has none.

There are several layers of dynamics in play. First, either a sexual assault occurred, or it didn’t. Second, who was involved? And, in both cases, what evidence is available?

And, finally, how does an innocent Kavanaugh deal with this…and not stay smeared?

She doesn’t remember WHEN it happened, or where. Left with her word, the only thing to be done, the only thing that can be done, is ask what we know about the accuser.

What is known isn’t pretty, politically. She’s a Left wing activist, reportedly her legal fees are being paid by George Soros, and scrubbed her social media before this debut.

But…she’s a woman, claiming sexual assault. Kavanaugh’s best approach is to assert his innocence WHILE expressing sympathy for what was a traumatic issue and, in the context of her confused memory…deserving of support and assistance with it all.

And move on.

As for the politics at play within the Senate…

…that body should pass a firm inviolable rule that ANY & ALL issues addressing personal integrity must be brought up at the beginning of the hearing process…

…not just hours before a vote.

In this case, Kavanaugh asserts his innocence, the accuser has no proof, the issue was known months ago by the opposition Party, but didn’t bring it up during the hearing.

Clearly, it’s a despicable ploy…and we tire over these politics of personal destruction.

51 years of a small number of ‘supportive’ women going to the same school as the accuser is not instructive to the context of her several years at that school, but amounts to a number of women who say ‘oh, yeah, it’s possible – it may have happened’…

…but by that same logic…could just as easily NOT have happened.

Kavanaugh’s supporters stepped up publicly…why won’t the accuser’s?

After all, they would have the total strength of FakeNews protecting them.
