WAIT – California Democrats stole $330mn from foreclosed homeowners?!?

Why do Democrats keep getting elected, with stories like this?

California ordered to restore $331 million to fund for homeowners

“When California received $410 million in 2012 as part of a nationwide settlement with major banks accused of abusive foreclosures, Gov. Jerry Brown used $331 million to pay state agencies in housing and other programs to cover their deficits.

Now a state appeals court has ordered the money be used for its original intent: to help homeowners who suffered foreclosures.

The money was “unlawfully diverted” from a settlement fund that was designated for programs directly assisting homeowners, the Third District Court of Appeal in Sacramento said Tuesday.” (underline/bold emphasis added)

There was only one way the House-vs-(FBI’s) Strzok hearing should have been conducted

As soon as Strzok was sworn in, Trey Gowdy should’ve told him “Mr. Strzok, since we all agree INTEGRITY is the most foundational aspect of a reliable FBI investigation, we must excuse you, because you’re adulterous behavior and biased texts reveal…

…YOU HAVE NO INTEGRITY…any testimony you would give is suspect, therefore…

…with extreme prejudice, and Congressional disgust…you’re dismissed.”

Witch-Hunt, meddler-hunt…it’s all in the ‘target’

Do foreign nations meddle with the American election process? Sure. Should there be an effort made to stop or neutralize such efforts? America’s been doing that for years.

There are federal agencies in place and tasked with that effort on an ongoing basis.

Where a ‘witch-hunt’ is in play, however, is when a political Party…

  1. conspires to entrap an opposition campaign;
  2. activates ‘lures’ to set up suggestive meetings;
  3. employs a lawyer-cutout network to organize and fabricate an opposition research dossier built on lies and lurid innuendo;
  4. creates the illusion of multiple-source stories that are actually single-sourced from that one fabricated dossier;
  5. uses efforts 1, 2, 3, & 4 to get a FISA warrant to covertly surveille
    1. an opposition campaign, and, then,
    2. a presidential transition team…
    3. without satisfying necessary legal criteria for such warrants;
  6. lies, misleads, and obscures on 3 subsequent FISA warrant renewals;
  7. deliberately leaks fabricated information to FakeNews media;
  8. then demands an investigation of the campaign/administration being targeted.

THAT, my friends, is a WITCH-HUNT…defined.

To allow FakeNews to conflate ‘witch-hunt’ with ‘meddler-hunt’ does disservice to all.

EPIC tweet suggestion, vs Obama-apologists who suddenly want Trump to hammer Putin for election meddling

This is right in your wheel-house, Mr. President.

Post-meeting, when FakeNews asks if you talked election-meddling, you say…

…Yeah…I told him to ‘cut it out’ – just as force-fully as Obama did.

Then, during the stunned silence that follows, hit ’em again, by saying

‘Hey, c’mon folks, give Mr. Obama a break. You wouldn’t want me to embarrass the last President, by implying that issue needed any more attention than he gave it…right?”

EPIC opportunity to tweak the Left.

Bias? He ain’t got no stinking bias…rrright…

Watching the rank display of partisanship on Capitol Hill during the Strzok hearings, it was hard to not throw things at the TV every time that biased FBI agent smirked.

The real howler came when he stated bias never affected his investigative practices.

How to unpack this?

First, even the Justice Dept. Inspector General noted Strzok’s bias, in his report.

And, let’s see, besides the very partisan note of every text he sent out…the fact that there was a ton of evidence against Hillary’s use of a non-secure server; the fact that her aides lied during FBI interviews; the fact that none of the servers/phones/other electronic devices were seized; and the fact that every action Strzok took was to shut the investigation down without charges…all point to a huge bias toward Hillary.

Then, the fact that Strzok was texting about using ‘lures’ against the Trump campaign people BEFORE an official investigation was started; the fact that he was openly texting about using ‘insurance policies’ and other methods to stymie Trump’s campaign; the fact that the Democrat-paid dirt dossier was used to get FISA surveillance warrants; the fact that the initial warrant application and EVERY 90-day renewal required sourcing of the dossier be disclosed to the FISC court, but wasn’t…tells us all we need to know.

Where there was evidence in an investigation, against Hillary, it was ignored.

Where there was NO evidence, to investigate Trump, it was created.

Bias? YOU BET.

Unless one wants to ignore the FACTS.

Let’s drop the euphemisms…anti-Trump FakeNews media are race-baiters

Getting so tired of the race-card they always play.

Let’s drop the euphemisms: Donald Trump is a racist president

Whether condemning violent unrest of protesters, or trying to keep the Nation safe with sane border control enforcement, no part of those issues involve ‘racist’ motives.

What does involve racist motives? Chanting ‘racist’ indiscriminately.

A President’s job is to enforce laws. Maybe those race-baiters so eager to bash him would be wiser to turn their bile toward the real problem – bad behavior, and bad laws.

Unless, of course, they just want ANY reason to bash Trump…however unwarranted.

That said…

…unwarranted ‘racism’ headlines are indicative of race-baiter FakeNews media.

Bluff called…do Democrats really want to vote on an ‘Abolish Immigration Enforcement’ bill?

Breitbart headline promises a Democrat fiasco looms…“Kevin McCarthy: Dems Will Get to Vote to Abolish All Immigration Enforcement Before Midterms”

Democrats posturing for their radical base are pushing an ‘Abolish ICE’ bill.

They probably figured the Republican-held House would not consider it, but in a stroke of pure genius, it seems Republican leaders will bring that bill to a vote, pre-election.

Ooops…

Great news, because “Americans – even Democrat voters — are by a vast majority opposed to abolishing ICE. In the latest Harvard/Harris Poll3-in-4 swing voters said they opposed the Democrats’ plan to end all immigration enforcement across the U.S.”

So, House Democrats have to 1) expose themselves to their base if they fail to vote for it because they fear a voter backlash…or 2) be exposed to a backlash by voting for it.

Looks like some Democrats may even be…unhhh…concerned their bluff was called.

Great quote on this self-inflicted drama from American Thinker’s Thomas Lifson…“The House Democratic Caucus should be ordering clown suits for their group picture.”

(emphasis added…with pleasure)

Can’t wait to see how this plays out.
