The headline says it all…8 years of a LAWLESS Obama administration tells us nothing is beyond the pale when it comes to Democrat tactics.

So don’t tell us ‘if there wasn’t a FISA ok’, no wiretaps or other intercept efforts were made.

This latest Wikileaks dump shows there is no limit to the Democrat machine the American public is facing.

This just in…It may have been Obama all along!

Wikileaks just released new data revealing CIA techniques that include turning cell phones and other smart devices into microphones for bugging purposes, and…

…exposes CIA machinations done in a manner seeming to be Russian-initiated.

This info-dump is the vehicle that will justify immediate mass indictments, folks.

‘Cuz guess what? If the FBI claims there was no investigation, then tapping the President’s aides calls, which the NY Times says was done…was illegal as hell.

Anyone at all concerned about America’s intelligence gathering services should at least read the Press Release and Analysis sections of the Wikileaks dump.

Among other things, it looks like the NSA has intercept competition – the CIA.

And the time period of this data covers 2013-2016…Obama owns this.

Democrats have demonstrated the depths they’ll plumb to attack the GOP.

Republicans must fight them now, just as relentlessly.

Now we know the ground rules…

When the Washington Post prints unsubstantiated reports leaked by the agents of a former Democrat president, it’s seen as ‘holding those in power accountable’…

…but when a sitting GOP President uses the same unsubstantiated reporting to reach a conclusion inconvenient to their narrative, it morphs into an abuse of power.

That’s what it costs to be a Republican. Follow the logic, folks.

It was Obama’s Justice Dept. that filed for a FISA ruling that allowed phone calls by Trump aides to be intercepted, then Obama – just days from leaving office – wrote an executive action allowing wider agency dissemination of those intercepts.

That’s where the ‘leaks’ in Left-wing media outlets like the Post are coming from.

Now, why is it okay for Obama to have his DoJ cronies push for intercepts…

…widely disburse those intercepts to his cohort…

…get them leaked to his Sham-stream media lapdogs…

…and unleash them to hammer President Trump and his team…

…but it’s not okay for President Trump to point out who’s responsible?

For 8 years, the media gave Obama a pass at his personal brand of shorthand. Now, as President Trump exercises a similar privilege, he’s taken to task for it?

But let’s get to a more alarming issue…politicizing intelligence gathering.

Gathered information from a FISA surveillance is classified, Andy McCarthy notes…

“One of the points in FISA proceedings being classified is that they remain secret – the idea is not to prejudice an American citizen with publication of the fact that he has been subjected to surveillance even though he is not alleged to have engaged in criminal wrongdoing.”

Yet, here we have a (then) sitting president – Obama – taking an executive action just before leaving office that enabled wide dispersal of gathered intelligence.

Are the leaks illegal? Yes. Will Democrats responsible be held accountable?

The relentless efforts to undermine President Trump continues.

An IBD article inexplicably wants to give Obama a pass on his involvement.

But wait…

We’re compelled to remind IBD it was Obama’s executive order days before he left office that expanded release of sensitive information to a wide group of buddies.

If that wasn’t a deliberate attempt at undermining Mr. Trump, what was?

The information, illegally obtained and just as illegally dispersed among Democrat operatives at high levels of intel agencies, is meant to weaken this administration.

The only thing more pathetic than these Democrat attacks are the Republicans who seem ever willing to cave at the slightest provocation, or flimsiest accusation.

The only spine currently on display in DC seems to be in the White House.

With growing leaks of illegally obtained information flowing from various agencies, it’s time to start playing hardball with the Democrats and Obama’s left-wing cohort.

It looks like FISA-related information was criminally dispersed by the Obama team, after what may have been misleading use of ‘color of law’ justifications initially.

If that’s the case, we’re looking at a criminal conspiracy within a political party.

As a criminal conspiracy, would that fall under the RICO Act (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act), which has fairly wide-sweeping parameters?

We aren’t lawyers, but if so, the solution is clear…

Indict them under the RICO Act, and start flushing out the swamp, targeting every new hire and promotion that occurred while Obama served in office for removal.

After all, if the Democrat Party is provably RICO-prone, then everyone touched by that Party is, by definition, an extension of the same problem, and justifiably tainted.

Man up, Republicans…start playing hardball.

Do the anti-Trumpers understand who they really are…?

Face it, people, if you were (or are) anti-Trump, that means you were (or are) pro Hillary Clinton…you would have preferred her as president over what we got.

Considering the alternative, let’s just call you by your real designation…

Illegal leaks are only as good as the media that reports them. If it’s not already law, President Trump should write an executive action making them unlawful to publish.

Information is a product the media sells.

A media that uses such product which is illegally obtained and/or illegally distributed should be criminally liable for receiving stolen goods, and prosecuted accordingly.

Shut down reporting abuses, and the illegal leaks have nowhere to go.

Assaulting President Trump for the Yemen mission is just the tip of the iceberg.

In true Democrat fashion, you can expect all of Obama’s wrongdoings and behavior to be projected on the GOP, no matter how thin or contradictory the evidence.

From Fast-&-Furious to IRS intimidation to lost emails, you can bet every Democrat transgression will soon become a GOP transgression, if the media has their say.

What better way to hide the 8-year Democrat lawlessness…in plain sight?
