Media intolerance defined…

Reggie Love, Obama’s body guy, just revealed a day or so ago that the Golfer-in-Chief couldn’t watch, “played 15 games of spades” (cards), during the Usama bin Laden raid.

Now media lapdogs are circling the wagons, saying that, of course, ‘whatever he (Obama)  needed to clear his mind’ was perfectly understandable.

Where was that tolerance for “W.”, relentlessly skewered for remaining in place for several minutes after hearing of terror attacks on the morning of Sept 11, 2001?

Evidently, for the mainstream media, it’s perfectly acceptable for a president to take time to clear one’s mind when the action was a half a world away…

…but NOT when terror attacks occur on U.S. soil… and merely a few states away!

Maybe George W. Bush should have been carrying a deck of cards that day?

Show me the money…

Obama’s Treasury Dept. appears to have gone beyond the Debt Limit threshold. On May 17th, the Treasury Dept. was $25 million below the national debt limit set by law.

That’s $25 million, with an ‘m’.

Obama’s Treasury Secretary sent a letter to Speaker Boehner mid-May, stating he was implementing a “set of extraordinary measures” to avoid exceeding the legal debt limit.

The May deficit was $139 billion. Assuming a steady average all month, cutting that in half means, after May 17th, the deficit went up approx. $65 billion (that’s ‘B’illion).

Yet the Anointed One’s Treasury Dept. made no change reporting the debt total (and, doing the math, exceeded the legal debt limit by $64.975 billion).

June ran a surplus of $116.5 billion, but a news article notes the Treasury ran a $98 billion (yes, with a ‘B’) deficit in July…yet still reported the debt at the May-17 level!

We’re not math experts, but adding $65 billion debt in May and $98 billion debt in July would mean that Obama’s Treasury has gone over that debt limit…by about $47 billion!

‘Extraordinary Measures’? How does Obama’s Treasury Secretary hide $47 billion?

(Of course, they could define ‘lying’ or ‘misreporting’ as an Extraordinary Measure.)

Until they answer that question, it’s time Americans made one demand…

Show me the money…

…or at least, show the ‘Extraordinary Measures’…after all…

…Americans could use a helpful hint on how to avoid bouncing their checks.

Obstructionist? Wouldn’t DEFENDING Americans be seen as Protectionist…?

With all the talk of defunding Obamacare through budgetary process, and ever-increasing news of delays and waivers, it boils down to this for Republicans…

Passing ANY legislation that funds this monstrosity makes them hypocrites, and a party to this imminent, fast-approaching (and increasingly unmanageable) disaster…

Forcing Democrats to make a choice that could result in a federal shut down makes the GOP obstructionists, who are willing to make a stand AGAINST this disaster.

Do Republicans want to be Hypocrites, too weak to stand up for Americans…

…or Obstructionists, willing to stand on principles?

Really…is it that hard to figure out?

Every day we read of another part of the law that was badly written, or results in discovered consequences Democrats want to put off until after the ’14 election.

Laws are being broken, ignored, and waived for crony groups. Now comes word that Obama’s Democrats won’t enforce capping out-of-pocket co-pays and deductibles.

That means they’ll ignore insurance companies hiking rates…against you!

How hard is it to justify not funding a law that releases employers and special interest groups from their mandates, but shackles the individual citizen into healthcare slavery?

Pass the appropriations measures, less any-and-all Obamacare funding that can be stripped, and force Democrats in Congress and the White House to make a choice.

Don’t look at it as Obstructionist…

…for the sake of American citizens…look at it as PROTECTIONIST!

A BlueCollar prediction…

The number of Democrat Senators badmouthing Obamacare for the next 15 months will be directly proportionate to those up for re-election in November, 2014.

Nothing sharpens the mind and focuses a politician’s attention like an election…

19 Democrat Senators are up for election in 2014; a couple of them plan to retire.

BlueCollar is willing to go out on a limb. We predict of the remaining group, virtually every one of those Democrats will be disavowing Obamacare…until elections 2014.

Beware the enemy who speaks on your behalf…

A Democrat congressman confides that 40-50 Republicans support immigration reform.

But, sshhhhh, he won’t identify them…’cuz they “don’t need to draw attention”.

When was the last time a Democrat DIDN’T want to get a Republican in trouble?

Even Rush Limbaugh fell for it, and while BlueCollar doesn’t claim the same level of political understanding and insider know-how of ElRushbo, we can submit this…

After immigration reform was passed and signed into law by Reagan in the ’80’s, the GOP got LESS of the Hispanic vote percentage in the very next presidential election.

Democrats holding office know it…they also know it would demoralize the GOP base…

…so, why would a Democrat willingly not identify those mythical GOP congressmen who ‘support immigration reform’…when naming them would hurt them at the polls?

We submit it’s because those ‘GOP immigration-reform supporters’ don’t exist! If they did, there would be a Democrat stampede to the TV cameras to get their names out.

However…BlueCollar can tell you an ENTIRE political party – Democrats – really don’t support an immigration reform policy, based on one very simple, undeniable, fact

Democrats held the White House, Senate, and House for 2 years in 2009 & 2010…

…and even though they held a Congressional super majority in both houses…

…and thus had it in their power to make immigration reform the law of the land…

…they NEVER passed a bill…in either house.

Message to Hispanics – Who loves ya, baby…?

More appropriately…in this case…who USES ya, baby?

Take this president…PLEASE…

Media water-carriers for Obama are raving about his appearing on the Tonight show, and how tough the questions were that host Jay Leno was throwing at him.

Curiously (?), they didn’t focus on Obama’s responses…

But know this: had it been George W. Bush who mentioned that Georgia and South Carolina had somehow magically shifted, and now bordered the Gulf Coast

…or that synchronized swimming and gymnastics were Winter Olympic sports

…those same media lap-dogs would be howling at the answers!

What they won’t tell you about the employer-mandate delay…

Obama and Democrats are downplaying the suspension of the Obamacare employer mandate enforcement, by claiming it only affects a small number of employers.

According to the US Census, employers of 50+ make up only 3.7% of businesses.

So, yeah, it affects a ‘small number’ of employers…but…that’s not the relevant issue.

What they won’t tell you is, those 3.7% of businesses employ a huge 72% of the private workforce (80.5 million of the total 112 million Americans employed)!

Everyone talks about the ‘burden of reporting’ which Obama’s suspension will relieve on businesses, but there are other, bigger, issues at play here, and THEY KNOW IT!

As Capretta notes, the suspended employer mandate also suspends the ‘firewall’ in place to prevent employers from dumping employees into Obamacare exchanges.

Businesses average a cost of $4600-per-employee annually to provide healthcare. The fine for not providing healthcare for 50+ employers is $2k per employee.

An employer saves $2600 per employee to dump covered workers into Obamacare!

Do the math…

If you owned a business employing 50 people and could save $130k per year, and knew Obamacare would cover your employees, what would you do?
