Andrew McCarthy brings up an interesting aspect of Hillary’s email erasing exploits.

What defense attorney wouldn’t jump on the chance to use it, to free a client?

Just one more reason why she deserves our scorn…not our votes.

Whether there were classified emails on Clinton’s private server notwithstanding, once legal proceedings of any type occur, she’s obliged to preserve evidence.

Claiming her innocence, then wiping clean a server that would prove it? Who in their right mind believes anyone would deliberately destroy supporting evidence?

No one…other than rabid ‘Democrat-at-all-cost’ Clintonistas.

Spoliation of evidence…look it up. It’s the “…intentional, reckless, or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, or destroying of evidence…relevant to an ongoing or reasonably foreseeable civil or criminal proceeding.”

Explain how one can dodge a ‘reasonably foreseeable civil or criminal proceeding’ provision, when several years of congressional hearings have been conducted?

Explain how one can believe Hillary would destroy evidence supporting her?

(Though, achieving that, one must know supporting evidence is still…evidence.)

By all means…cue the ‘spoliation-deniers’…

For all the angst over whether Donald Trump will go 3rd Party if he doesn’t get a GOP nod, as Clinton implodes the real question should be will he switch Parties?

The Democrat field for 2016 at this point consists of Clinton, Sanders, and O’Malley,  which essentially constitutes a criminal, a Socialist, and a failed unknown governor.

Uncle Joe Biden waits in the wings, for the right time to step in and ‘save’ the Party.

So, add an amiable fool…who has never been right, as a Senator or VP.

Homer Simpson could be a frontrunner in this Democrat field.

Republican posers like Trump and John McCain must be licking their lips over the sad group of choices Democrats have, and pondering ideas of jumping Parties.

(For them…not a very large jump at all.)

Hillary Clinton better make sure her ‘get out of jail free’ card is up-to-date.

Seems there were highly sensitive, Top Secret emails on her personal server. Which means the protestations of innocence from Hillary Clinton are fast…eroding.

Question now seems to be…can Hillary avoid ‘Orange Is the New Black‘?

In the movie Braveheart, cruel Edward, king of England, makes the observation:

“…the trouble with Scotland is, that it’s full of Scots.”

The trouble with politics is, that it’s full of politicians.

And the trouble with Republican politicians in leadership is…they’re too busy playing the game of politics, and avoiding the hard work of leadership.

Political columnist Fred Barnes bemoans the rise of Donald Trump, and the headline says it all: “Donald Trump, a One-Man Wedge Issue, Threatens GOP Future”

Citing another source, he notes GOP-led Congress failures that focus on cronyism (Ex-Im Bank), the Iran deal, and defunding Planned Parenthood as wedge issues that are sowing the seeds of dissatisfaction within the Republican grass-root base.

We doubt that Big Money crony politics creates grass-roots visceral anger…

…but a strong case can be made for a GOP failure to block Obama’s Iran deal…

…and if stopping the funding of baby-organ harvesting isn’t a hill worth dying on…

…there’s no doubt Republicans have elected the wrong ‘people’ to lead them.

Mr. Barnes: With these types of leaders…Republicans have no future.

Remember ‘non-classified’ emails Hillary erased, that a court ordered released?

The State Department claims the reason for delay is that so many of them are…

…wait for it…

…CLASSIFIED.

This is the Democrats’ 2016 presidential front-runner?

Obama says Israel’s leaders haven’t offered a better plan.

Does anyone believe Obama thinks any plan could be better than his?

Of course not.

Then he doubles down, proclaiming Israeli leadership hasn’t presented an alternate plan that would achieve…what his plan achieves. NO KIDDING!?!?

What intelligent Israeli would offer an alternate plan…

…allowing Iran billions in released-sanctions to fund lethal terror programs?

…allowing Iran ballistic missile capability?

…allowing Iran to avoid scrutiny?

…allowing Iran to nuke up?

Republicans better find some backbone on Capitol Hill to stop Obama’s plan.

If Congress fails in their duty on this issue, it’s time for a major housecleaning.
