Surprise!?! Trump’s more popular than the media reports

FakeNews hammers the President with approval ratings 10-points south of Reality.

No surprise…these are the same media liars hyping false climate-change data, false gun crime data, false alt-‘Right’ Lefties, and false racism…false is WHAT THEY DO.

Dick Morris reveals the 48% approval rating, based on a polling of 1000 likely voters in a realistic demographic mix: 36% Democratic, 33% Republican, 31% Independents.

Deferring a DACA decision while hoping Congress will do its job is futile

We posted previously that Congress…not a president…establishes immigration law, and clearly, what Obama did was unconstitutional…Pres Trump must do the right thing.

As explained here, the Dream Act which Obama put into place does the following:

“To be eligible, an illegal immigrant had to enter the country as a minor and be under the age of 31 as of the day Obama signed the order. They also must have a largely-clean criminal record. The program does not give legal status or citizenship to those who use it, it merely defers deportation for two years and grants eligibility for a work permit…an illegal immigrant had to enter the country before June 2007.”

But it’s not the whole story: loopholes and a feckless Congress need to be addressed.

Many speak of deferring to Congress. What a joke. Leaving an unconstitutional Dream Act on the books while waiting for those pathetic vote-chasers is an exercise in futility.

And, we wonder if those asking the President to defer to Congress on the matter of dealing with the Dream Act realize there’s a loophole Obama hid that gains illegals citizenship…and over 45,000 Dreamers now have access to ‘loophole citizenship’?

That’s a matter which demands thorough review, to ensure against abuse.

Furthermore…

Mr. Trump should set a specific date for Congress to have an acceptable law in place and, if that date is passed without the necessary legislation…so be it, DACA is dead.

Corporate tax logic made simple…so even a Democrat will understand

Taxes can discourage or encourage an activity, by the rate established. Raise taxes and it will slow or halt an activity. Lower taxes, that same activity will increase as a result.

America has the highest corporate tax rate of all the developed nations.

Corporations looking to expand their business (the ‘activity’) and have the wherewithal to do so, will move their new business investments offshore to the more corporate-friendly nations with lower tax rates, who reap the benefits accordingly.

America loses the investments, the potential jobs, and revenues that could’ve resulted.

Oh, did we mention the $2 trillion being held offshore by U.S. multinational businesses?

The reason is simple – they bring it back here, they’re hit with a much higher corporate tax rate. Who in their right mind sets tax law that encourages America NOT to benefit?

Setting a corporate tax rate that encourages business investment HERE results in more economic growth, more jobs, higher wages, and more revenue for the U.S. government.

It can’t get any simpler than that.

Corporate tax reform is foundational to a robust economic growth everyone will enjoy.

McCain diminishes the guy who did what HE COULDN’T DO

Returning to DC after medical treatments, first thing MCain did was bash Trump…

…you know, the guy who actually got elected President of the United States!

He calls Mr. Trump ‘inexperienced, poorly informed, and impulsive’ but, hey, if that’s what it takes to WIN a presidential election…maybe the Senator should take notes?

As for McCain insisting the President needs to be kept in check by Congress, we might need to remind him that President Trump’s approval rating is 5x higher than that body.

If anything, Congress needs to take some notes from this President.

Headline reads “McCain returns to DC with a bang”… but we suggest it was…

…more like a whiny whimper.

Left-wing says ‘to hell w-Houston, send them your donations’

You can’t make this stuff up.

Left-wing activists launch ‘No Red Cross’ campaign, ask for donor dollars

“Activists are discouraging Hurricane Harvey donors from giving to the American Red Cross and urging them instead to contribute to left-wing causes…”

We don’t need to point out how wrong the Left is…they do it themselves.

Open slap-down for Obama’s court-jester AG, Eric Holder

Obama’s lackey-general…errr…attorney general Holder advises the President ‘to do the right thing’, demanding that Mr. Trump must keep Obama’s unlawful Dream Act…

…evidently oblivious to the fact the ‘right thing’ is respecting our Constitution.

But then, based on Holder’s record…it’s obvious he doesn’t know anything about that.

Noted in a previous blog, Congress makes immigration law…not the president.

Isn’t it odd, the Democrat-controlled Congress didn’t remember that in 2009?

If, as Holder says, enacting such a law was a ‘defining moment’…and yet a Democrat-controlled Congress didn’t, when they could have…then the moment defined them

…and that definition is…GUTLESS.

Never thought Holder would have the courage to expose that.

Or…is he really that oblivious to the logical conclusion of his own thought process?

Hockey puck speaks…nonsense ensues

The human hockey-puck of climate change, evidently unashamed for his past data chicanery, post-hurricane, predictably spews forth more garbage of the same.

Predictably, because it’s all about raking in endowments and grants from those heavily invested in the climate-change narrative…and Michael Mann rakes better than most.

This guy cherry-picked data, created a ‘hockey-stick’ graph that supposedly showed the warming trend to end all trends, to blame the Industrial Revolution and its aftermath.

Failing, of course, to note the WARMER temperatures during the Middle Ages, and the 4-times GREATER levels of CO2 greenhouse gases during the Carboniferous Period…

…WAY BEFORE THE EMERGENCE OF MODERN MAN AND THE INDUSTRIAL AGE.

So, excuse of when we scoff at ‘Professor’ Mann chiming in on cue, post-hurricanes.

Mr. President, there’s an easy response when falsely accused of racism…

As the FakeNews media continues distorting and flat-out lying about his Charlottesville remarks, it’s reported the President’s having a hard time trying to blunt racism charges.

But, it’s not hard to deal with accusations of racism, if you remember it’s history.

The President can simply reply…

…’hey, wait a minute, buddy – I’m not a Democrat.’

Then, as a flummoxed media tries to work up an appropriate flamethrower response, he can add (as we noted in previous blogs)…‘history proves Democrats OWN that title.’

Then, point out media distortions meant to paint him ‘racist’ merely proves THEY ARE.

Both sides in the Charlottesville rioting were on the Left, despite ‘alt-Right’ claims. Any assertion to the contrary is just an outright lie; organizers are provably liars.

Seems being a ‘Poverty Law Center’ pays off…big time

Reports indicate the Southern ‘Poverty’ Law Center is…anything but.

A fund-raising powerhouse? $328 million in net assets…? …Millions transferred to offshore accounts? Paying themselves $20 million in huge annual salaries?

Whoa, standing up for the victim-class pays off…but one can’t help wondering…

…wouldn’t those $328 million in assets, and millions transferred to offshore accounts be put to better use in the pockets and accounts of the poor they claim to champion?

Their “What We Do” cites a ‘3-pronged strategy to battle racial and social injustice’:

  1. Fighting hate
  2. Teaching tolerance
  3. Seeking justice

Damn!! Who knew battling racial and social injustice could be so…profitable?

But considering the uncommon financial revelations not usual for a non-profit, we would suggest that their 3-prong strategy is more accurately described as:

  • Reaping huge donations;
  • Creating extremely profitable assets; and
  • Offshoring their lucrative results…

…’cuz you can damn well bet the ‘injustice’ victims will never see dime one.

The good news is ‘racial and social injustice’ must be at a standstill after their lucrative battles…because legal services only cost ’em $61k for their 75 lawyers on staff in 2015.

(Guess they must’a won all the BIG battles earlier, hunhh?!?)

We had no idea a 75-lawyer stable would be willing to accept a puny $800 each in fees!

Bottom line…there are pretty odd goings-on at the Southern Poverty Law Center. But then, why would they care how we characterize their profitable financial excesses?

After all, they can just dismiss BlueCollar as just another Hate Group.

Problem solved.

(But, hey – considering the lawsuits they’re getting hit with now for hate-mongering…

…they’d better funnel those $328 million in assets offshore…post-haste.)
