Worrying over the accountability of a president is fun-&-games fascinating for the Left, because all this does is make people believe this President thinks he’s above the law.

Nothing could be further from the truth – the U.S. Constitution covers this adequately.

Given the fact that his responsibilities are TOP PRIORITY for the Nation, a President shouldn’t be – must not be – subject to malicious or partisan judicial harassment.

Knowing the chicanery opposition parties are capable of indulging, this is critical.

It doesn’t mean he’s untouchable…because a deserving president can be impeached, and removed from office, should there be a constitutionally justifiable reason.

Any reasoning adult can see a perfect example of such chicanery now playing out with this hoax of a Trump-Russia collusion narrative being pushed by deepstate actors.

Our U.S. Constitution neatly provides the proper checks-&-balances for gov’t. branches.

As for the hyperventilating over ‘pardon power’ by a President, that’s clearly laid out too. (Article II, section 2, para 1) “…he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

No ambiguity there, folks. A president can pardon anyone…including himself. But that power can’t be used “…in Cases of Impeachment.” PERIOD. END OF DISCUSSION.

Short version…the Constitution is very clear…

…a President is subject to ‘rule-of-law’; they can be impeached given cause.

Enough with the faux anxiety already.

In our May 21 post “Is the story ‘he was spied on’ or that he won…despite being spied on?”, we noted the Trump campaign ran against more than just Hillary Clinton.

“He ran against Democrats, the media, Obama, the FBI, the CIA, and the State Dept.”

Now we’re learning he was up against intelligence efforts from Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Poland, and Estonia…and there may be more.

And, on top of everything else, looks like he was being spied on as early as 2015.

Truly amazing…he beat them all.

For decades, Democrats have vilified Republicans for pushing tax bills favoring the rich, and yet it would appear that Republicans have actually RAISED taxes on the rich.

So, it turns out Democrats opposed a tax reform bill to save their rich buddies. 

This news, along with the previous post about economic numbers, is not welcome…

…if you’re a Democrat facing a tough fight in the November midterm election.

Bottom Line? Republican policy is great for America’s economy…and workers.

Now, if only California voters would learn that lesson before November.

Bad news for Pelosi and Democrats…

…turns out there’s more than ‘crumbs’ when Republicans run the economy.

Those getting panties in a bunch over imposed steel and aluminum tariffs against our Nation’s trading partners don’t seem to understand they won’t have to be permanent.

Think of it as a choke on the gas engine of your lawnmower or quad…when the motor is cold, the choke reduces the air and makes the fuel mix richer, getting the motor to start. Once the motor starts running smoothly, you ease back on the choke.

The President’s using tariffs as a choke, to get the trade situation running right.

Pres Trump’s a businessman, not a politician. He’s using tariffs as a bargaining tool, in order to get fair concessions for American business on a level playing field with others.

Nothing more.

If it doesn’t yield the effect he wants for America, he’ll dump it and try something else.

Gotta hand it to ’em…anti-Trumpers NEVER give up.

Another try, another fail

Roseanne Barr never was a Republican, or a conservative.

But that doesn’t stop FakeNews media from trying to tie her to Pres Trump, after her snarky comment regarding Obama aide Valerie Jarrett being the result of a Muslim Brotherhood-Planet of the Apes tryst.

So Roseanne chose Trump over Hillary…so what?

Any reasoning  person would have a problem with ‘Hillary, the candidate’.

Doesn’t make them a Republican…just makes them HONEST.

Meaning, of course, allowing oneself to be gulled more than once by the same people is a failure by the person being fooled, because they failed to learn from the first time.

Now, consider the massive Russia-collusion fraud playing out…and those exposed in the orchestration of this hoax – political appointees at the very highest level of gov’t.

If they’re not held to account, what’s to stop them from doing it again?

Being held accountable is an understandable concept in our personal lives, and should be just as understandable in political life…failing that, the unprincipled will try again.

Those with heads exploding over Roseanne’s comment about Valerie Jarrett being the logical result of a Muslim Brotherhood/Planet-of-Apes tryst weren’t outraged dissing W.

Remember all the racist comparisons about George W and monkeys?
