We’re now aware of the fact that over the 8 years of Obama he used the NSA to surveille American citizens routinely, and, dare we mention it…illegally.

Anyone stop to think what that means? Now we hear Obama used the FBI as well.

Even illegal surveillance of Hillary’s opposition couldn’t get her elected.

(Hmm. Trump’s claim that Obama tapped his wires suddenly doesn’t seem far-fetched.)

Considering those wildly erroneous projections the Congressional Budget Office gave during the Obamacare runup, why is the CBO given any credibility faulting the GOP plan?

Every Liberal sham-stream media source is screaming how the CBO projects that 23 million will lose their insurance, but they don’t tell you how that number was reached.

First, it’s based on (dare we repeat ourselves) wildly erroneous Obamacare enrollment projections before the Republican law takes over next year, and even more telling…

…based on a voluntary choice to not purchase health insurance if not forced to. (Since when is a choice to not buy health insurance defined as ‘losing’ their insurance?)

As this NRO article reminds us, in 2010 the CBO projected 24 million signups by 2017.

As of this date, it’s more like 11 million…their projection was off by 13 million!

Yeah, yeah, let’s keep using CBO projections…that’s the ticket.

Democrats have yet to win any of the special elections held since President Trump took office. Before every election, they’ve pushed any Republican loss as a referendum…

…until they lose.

Funny, isn’t it, how their losses are NEVER a referendum on the Democrats?

Ignoring settled law and Supreme Court rulings, the 4th Circuit upheld their injunction against Pres Trump’s travel ban, based on unfounded reasoning and ideological lunacy.

As David French points out in an NRO article…

“The Fourth Circuit Distorts the Law to Defeat Trump’s Travel Ban”

Simply stated, in a previous case the Supreme Court ruled “If the order is supported by legitimate and bona fide reasons on its face, you simply don’t go beyond the document.”

The 4th Circuit liberal judiciary, however, went beyond the document.

Easiest way to correct the stranglehold Liberals have in courts? Republicans in Congress can reconstitute them…a Constitutional prerogative. (Article I, section 8, item 9: “…Congress shall have power to…constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court.”)

Adding seats on courts, then confirming constitutionally faithful judges to them, should put the liberal judges whose aim is to impose their ideological agenda in a minority.

(Who can argue against balancing courts with judges faithful to our Constitution?)

Republicans can stop this Liberal judiciary stranglehold…question is: will they?

A law Congress passed 65 years ago (Immigration and Nationality Act) gave a President the power to do exactly what President Trump is trying to do, to protect Americans.

Allowing a Liberal court to trample on a 65 year old law that Congress enacted is an act of cowardice by the Republicans…they need to man up and reinstate Constitutional balance.

Trump’s travel ban involves 6 nations with lousy vetting processes. Going forward, If any terrorism in the US is committed by agents related to those nations, it’s on Liberals…

…AND a gutless GOP Congress willing to allow them free rein over national security.

As the no-evidence smear of Trump colluding with Russians continues, it brings into sharp relief one indisputable fact…sham-stream media don’t need proof to attack Republicans.

You can expect fact-free slams throughout Pres. Trump’s term, and not just against him…

…the GOP better figure out a way to handle it.

We don’t always agree with Andy McCarthy’s view of Mr. Trump’s fight-back style, but he does have some relevant insights into media tactics and how Congress should handle it.

And you can bet this isn’t about just attacking the President and Republicans; it’s also a tactic to deflect attention away from how DEMOCRATS colluded with Russia.

The first thing President Trump should do upon returning from his diplomatic tour abroad is announce the need, after hearing concerns from foreign leaders, to enforce federal law.

Strenuously.

And start with the media, who are giving cover to deep-state leakers. Review the illegally published information, beginning on Jan.20th, and indict those who broke federal law.

Then indict them as aiding and abetting, if they refuse to give up law-breaking sources.

Pres. Trump released his proposed budget, and, yes, some areas have a lower rate of increased spending than a Democrat would wish, but to color them as cuts is a lie.

Only in a Democrat world is a lower increase in spending considered a cut.

News is out that China executed scores of CIA informants between 2010 and 2012. One can’t help but wonder how their identities were revealed to the Chinese government?

Considering the fact that the CIA is for all intent and purposes the intelligence gathering arm of the State Department, is it possible Hillary’s hack-prone email system contributed?

Hey, her classified emails were even found on disgraced Anthony Weiner’s laptop, so it’s not that far-fetched to think crucial data outing CIA informants could have been in the mix.

Where’s the media outrage?

Seems, after almost a year trying to prove collusion between the Trump campaign and Russians, the only proof and evidence that’s surfaced reveals Democrat collusion.

As Rush likes to point out, they can’t even fabricate something to use against Trump.

And does anyone else find it odd that their raucous calls for impeachment have suddenly toned down…coinciding with more speculation about the death of DNC aide Seth Rich?

Wouldn’t it be ironic, to learn the Left’s unrelenting drive for an investigation into the theory (after one year, still unproven) that Trump colluded with Russians, instead reveals…

…a Democrat aide was the source of DNC email ‘hacks’ that ended up with WikiLeaks?
