There’s a BIG difference between what’s left on Hillary Clinton’s computer…and what WAS on her computer

A close friend and former White House Clintonista Lanny Davis says everything on Hillary Clinton’s private home computer server will be turned over.

What about everything that’s been wiped OFF her computer and server?

Let’s face it…in light of the Obama administration’s recent IRS and EPA lost-email scandals, we have to recognize there’s a world of difference between promising every email…or what’s left on her computer after this scandal erupted.

Now would be a good time for Congress to call on those eavesdropping, email-scanning, much-reviled NSA snoops for a little help in this matter…

…don’t you think?

A ‘Class-action’ Impeachment guarantees 75% Senate majority concurrence

Republicans should stop saying they can’t get Senate votes needed to impeach Obama. A class-action Impeachment that indicts Senators is the solution.

Just follow the U.S. Constitution:

  • The House of Representatives must prepare articles of Impeachment – Step 1.
  • The Senate shall try the Impeachment – Step 2.
  • The Senate must convict with a 2/3 concurrence of members present – Step 3.

Impeachment and removal from office involves “…Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.” (Article II, section 4)

For an elected official, there’s no greater ‘High Crime’ than violating the Public Trust. Obama, Biden, and every Democrat/Independent Senator still holding office, who lied about virtues of Obamacare, then passed it into law, defrauded Americans.

(A strong argument can also be made that their combined related activities violated multiple sections of the RICO Act, involving back-room extortion and bribery to push Obamacare legislation, and aiding/abetting the latest executive action on amnesty.)

A class action Impeachment against those 30 – as a group – neutralizes any claims of racism, and guarantees ‘a 2/3 concurrence of Senate members present’…

since the 25+ Senators included in such a class-action cannot sit in judgment on  themselves…leaving 70 Senators (75% of them Republican) sitting in judgment.

Obama and his Senate cohort have continually violated the Public Trust. Nothing in our Constitution stops the GOP from a class-action Impeachment. Cowardice could stop them…but our ‘rule of law’ foundation being shredded should stiffen spines.

As Andrew McCarthy points out:

“The Framers understood that usurpation of lawmaking power would be the road to tyranny. They were right . . . and avoiding tyranny should not be a partisan issue.”

Unfortunately for Americans, it WAS a partisan issue…for Democrats.

Party ideology trumped unconstitutional overreach…so now, using the ‘fraud of Obamacare‘ as a class-action impeachment vehicle solves the 2/3 majority hurdle needed for impeachment, that many Republicans claimed was stopping them.

That’s the only sure path to Obamacare repeal, and ending a lawless reign...

…class-action Impeachment, against the elected officials who defrauded Americans (and even admitted that they knew it was a fraud…from the beginning).

After the dust settles, the Speaker of the House then becomes President.

Problem solved.

Unimpeachable…It’s not a mystery why (but it is unmentionable)

Dr. King yearned for the day when character content trumped skin color.

But, if character quality is judged by respect for the law (or sworn oath), it would appear that, for high-placed politicians, such yearning has been reversed.

Presidents were hounded for far less than the illegal, unconstitutional acts of the current White House occupier; it should be evident by now why he gets away with it.

Someone has to say it…but it seems even the most powerful among us won’t.

BlueCollar will.

If he were white (or Republican), impeachment would be a foregone conclusion.

But let’s be honest – if you had a ‘Stay Out Of Impeachment Free’ card…

…on issues closest to your heart, wouldn’t you play it too?

The illogical nature of legislation ‘fixes’ to void Obamacare pitfalls

Suffering through yet another article on proposed legislation that would protect the GOP from a Supreme Court ruling on O-care subsidies, one can only wonder…

(…with apologies to Jeffrey Anderson, whom we admire greatly…)

…what motivation would Democrats have to help the GOP avoid image disasters?

N-O-N-E. ZERO. ZILCH. N-A-D-A.

So, what good does any legislation short of full-blown Obamacare repeal do…

…when no Republican legislation will get past an Obama veto anyway?

Sure, Senator Sasse’s bill would inoculate Republican governors…

…but when did Obama indicate any inclination to favor such an alien concept?

Democrats wrote bad law, then broke the bad law, and Republicans will get blamed when they try to hold Democrat politicians accountable for any part of it.

THAT’S WHY DEMOCRATS DID IT THAT WAY.

If Republican legislation will be vetoed anyway, why not ‘repeal’ legislation?

Just askin’?

WAIT – Hillary Clinton is asking…Hillary Clinton…to release her State Dept emails…?

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used a private email account while she was conducting government business…through a home server she set up.

In the inevitable uproar, Clinton now asks the State Dept to release emails.

Never mind the illegalities of using private email for govt business…

…look past the HUGE national security problem a home server entails.

How revealing will any private emails be…

…that she selectively turned over to the State Dept in the first place?

Just sayin’…

7 million reasons why Democrat executive-action amnesty is bad for America

The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Svcs said they processed 7 million applications just last year, granting amnesty without holding face-to-face interviews…

…and WITHOUT doing even an FBI name- (thus, background-) check.

Does any reasonable American think blind amnesty is a good thing?

(We won’t even go into why Breitbart thought the number deserved the headline.)

Any criminal or terror-related act that occurs as a result of such error-fraught policy lies squarely on the heads of Obama and Democrats who supported his action.

The poster-boy of ‘ignoring the obvious’…

Obama shrugged off Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech to Congress as ‘lacking alternatives’ in the matter of Iran’s path toward nuclear capability.

But, if ‘demanding that Iran “act like a normal country” before treating it like one’ doesn’t qualify as a viable alternative…

…if a call to nations to “stand together to stop Iran’s march of conquest, subjugation and terror” doesn’t qualify as a viable alternative…

…what in God’s name does?

In the Middle East, and globally, Iran has shown time and again it’s the bad actor in this matter…so, Mr. Obama, simply trusting they’ll change isn’t a good ‘alternative’.

In a classic example of diametrically opposed national philosophy, Israel’s PM said America’s Constitution “…promises life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Iran’s founding document pledges death, tyranny, and the pursuit of jihad

And he finished with a simple declaration that, before lifting restrictions against Iran, that state must do 3 things: stop its aggression against Middle East neighbors, stop it’s support of global terrorism, and stop threatening Israel’s annihilation.

Lacking alternatives? Not really.

Unless you’re living in Barack Obama’s world…of Oblivion.

Republican leadership just negated argument against a 3rd Party solution…

The GOP caving on amnesty seems illogical, considering anti-amnesty was a main driver helping Republicans retake the Congress in 2014 midterm elections.

With such an overwhelming voter mandate, many find yesterday’s GOP leadership cowardice incomprehensible…why did they cave to Democrats?

Many reasons have been suggested, but one is never mentioned…

…old-fashioned blackmail. Politicians aren’t choirboys (ask Bill Clinton).

So it could be the opposition has dirt on the GOP leadership.

Add that to the dozen-or-so other reasons Republican leaders have no guts.

But, whatever the reason, Boehner & McConnell, by their action, have (ironically) made the BEST argument so far to justify a 3rd Party solution for America.

After all, what harm is an Emperor Obama with no clothes

…when there’s a Congress…with no principle?
