Michael Walsh pens a good article in American Greatness today, suggesting just that and it begs the question as to who or what, exactly, Comey owes a ‘Higher Loyalty’?

(For those who don’t know, that’s the name of the book Comey just put out.)

The highest authority in the USA is our Constitution…considering laws Comey broke over the last few years, we wonder if he remembers swearing an oath to uphold it?

Or maybe Walsh is right, and somehow Comey et al thinks a partisan judiciary rules all.

Walsh’s right: none of the 3 gov’t branches own the Constitution…it owns them…

…after all, it CREATED those government branches in the first place.

And so, Mr. Comey…as Americans, our ‘Higher Loyalty’ can only be to that document.

(Well, okay, there’s God…but surely Comey’s not going there…?)

Seriously, is anyone bothering to watch these media malcontents any more?

With ever-increasing proof of how Democrats weaponized the FBI, CIA, IRS, NSA, and State Dept, interfered with primaries to sabotage Bernie Sanders and boost Hillary…

…the news they want to focus on is a fame-seeking porn-star sex-torting Trump?

Pathetic doesn’t come close to describing this.

Was a flawed candidate as Hillary chosen precisely to protect her from prosecution?

Knowing the history of Clinton strategy, which is to find dirt and hold it over others as a means of control, could it be Hillary wasn’t chosen for her inevitability so much as…

…her treasure trove of dirty secrets, on Democrat Party movers-&-shakers?

Could it be immunity from prosecution could only be assured if she were a candidate?

As noted previously, we’ve never been a fan of Kanye West, but respect now how he’s refusing to back down from those wanting him back on the Democrat plantation.

As we review that segment, we hear the echoes of history, and feel the deeper meaning of a thought process that remains open to the present and future…not slave to the past.

We don’t presume to speak for Kanye West, but can speak for how he’s made us think.

We know we’re not now living our great-great-great-grand-daddy’s life that was then…

…we’re now the sum total of a better vision. We don’t own or ignore his mistakes; but, also, we can’t whitewash them – or hold others accountable now…as if they still exist.

Ben Carson doesn’t see himself a slave; neither does Clarence Thomas, or Condi Rice.

We can’t all be neuro-surgeons, or Supreme Court Justices, or a Secretary of State…

…but neither do we have to be victims to what was long ago.

Those who vilify America’s Founders do so in the greatly-changed Present, without any acknowledgment of a willing American effort to stop evil slavery…at great human cost.

Like Kanye West, we see an irony of those in a black community who unquestioningly support the very political Party that, for so long, attempted to keep them down, and wonder at the ease with which deceptive verbal shackles can hold them captive.

We hear Mr. West suggesting people put more thought into their choices.

How can that possibly be dangerous – except, of course, for the deceivers?

We’ll end with this thought…if a black community sees the sum of our Founders’ efforts brought low by the single act of owning slaves, without a nod to America’s founding…

…without acknowledging America’s greatness, and the good its done globally…

…it would be akin to summing up Barack Obama’s signature presidency as no more than the act of funding suicide bombers…with the billions of dollars he gave to Iran.

BOOM! Uh-oh…another Obama legacy – one terror attack at a time.

Fair? Maybe not – but blame the Social Justice Warriors…they set the bar.

Besides…why put a lot of thought into it?

The intimidation tactics being used against anyone-Trump are creating real anger.

A caller to the Rush Limbaugh show this morning suggested those outraged at the actions of Swamp denizens in the Capitol show it, by a march to DC in protest.

We suggest a better display of outrage would be to march to the Nov voting machine at your designated midterm polling place, and make your opinion shown…by your VOTE.

Many think “Support for Trump Is a Litmus Test in 3 GOP Primaries“…

…but, in the Nov midterms…support for Trump’s GOP will be a Swamp-test.

Perspective is a wonderful thing…when applied in an appropriate and logical manner.

Problems occur if short-term perspectives don’t mesh with the long-term view; case in point…the fanatic perspective of the Left that a Republican must be driven from office.

Regardless of how well that leader might be doing, for the Nation as a whole.

Republican tax-cuts Trump championed are putting more cash in American paychecks, more benefits added to their employment, and more job opportunities for millions.

The Koreas are talking; other nations will contribute more to NATO and the UN; ISIS is being defeated…and yet, anti-GOP fanatics relentlessly continue implacable attacks.

At this point, it’s pretty obvious that only one thing would make the Left happy.

We could be poor, jobless, disrespected, beaten down by terrorists and under the threat of nuclear violence by rogue actors…but if a Democrat were in the White House…

…everything would be okay.

So, the new norm now appears to be, when the Left loses at the election box, anyone that is associated with the winning campaign must be, and will be…destroyed.

Though many define this new rage as ‘Trump-derangement-syndrome’ we suggest it’s  more appropriate to define the derangement as inclusive of anyone  outside the Swamp who has the temerity to believe they can win politically…without paying a huge price.

But, there may be hope, borne from the lunatic derangement actions of the Left. That may play well with their base, but such fanaticism turns off the more thoughtful.

Michael Barone, senior political analyst, thinks Trump’s upward polling may be a result of the very insidious, vicious attacks against the President, and it’s a solid concept.

We’re inclined to agree: after all, even a rock-ribbed Democrat, if they’re capable of reasonable thought, must see such attacks as coarsening the political dialogue.

Summed up, he writes…“Looking ahead, it’s possible that Republicans in 2018 and President Trump in 2020 could win based on solid achievements. But their chances will be better if Democrats can’t shake off their bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.” (bold & underline emphasis added)

One can but hope.

As the President, Donald Trump has CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to hire, and, yes, fire anyone he chooses to fire, without having to answer to ANYONE – he’s President.

Mueller has no legal authority to force his BOSS to answer to him…and post-Obama…

…the President should remind Mueller the Constitution still exists..

As for Mueller, we urge he issue his subpoena, because such an egregious abuse…on the basis of a hoax…would be all the President needs to push for Mueller’s dismissal.
