State election laws enabling fraud violate our Constitution, in National elections

Lost in the current loud, unpleasant, and prolonged hysteria over the Nov 3rd election results is the question of why we allow States to make laws affecting every American.

National elections affect the entire country when policy is all-inclusive; any malfeasance or misbegotten State law which enables fraudulent vote results affects every American.

14th amendment, U.S. Constitution: “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States”

State election laws weakening security of National elections violate that amendment.

Unrequested mail-in ballots and ballot-harvesting dramatically weaken the security of votes, by eliminating chain-of-custody links which enables others to affect your vote.

And, allows the opportunity of fraudulent ballot creation and/or duplication.

Every voter in America is affected by ballot-harvesters who only collect ballots for one political party, or risk an opponent Party’s ballot being discarded before being counted.

Every voter in America is affected when mail-handlers are incompetent, haphazard, or deliberate in the mishandling of ballots going through the U.S. Postal Service.

And every voter in America is affected if fraudulent ballots are so easily created.

States have no right to ‘abridge’ our rights and/or protections…PERIOD.

One wonders how so many claiming to want ‘free-&-fair’ elections ignore this?

Does our U.S. Constitution mean anything, anymore?
