A new study finds 31% of Californians were living in poverty in 2012-2013.

That’s 2.13x higher than the 2013 national poverty rate of 14.5%.

It was the Golden State…

…but has now become the Poverty State, because of Democrat policies that seem to ignore the very obvious fact that you can’t continue to milk a dead cow.

Pension-liabilities + over-regulation + over-taxation = disaster.
