Why does the IRS need a week to explain how emails were ‘lost’?

Two federal judges handed down court demands to explain how IRS emails were lost.

One judge gave 30 days for the IRS to lie…errr…explain. The other gave 7 days.

But they’ve had over three years to weave their tapestry of excuses.

Why would it take more than a day to print them out?
