News sources advise Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid  is pushing Mr. Obama to go around Congress to hike the debt ceiling to avoid dealing with out-of-control spending.

Never mind that the Constitution states that Congress shall have that responsibility…

Never mind that Reid’s Senate oath (sworn in January) states he “…will support and defend the Constitution…” and he “…will bear true faith and allegiance to the same…”

Never mind that he also swore he would “…well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: so help me God.”

By this act, Reid violates EVERY SEGMENT of his oath of office, and the Constitutional document that invests him with a political office.

But then, this isn’t the first time he’s broken the law to hide his party’s spending spree…

(Note to Byron York: BlueCollar would argue that you’re wrong about Harry Reid being able to get away with breaking the ’74 Congressional Budget Act law because of that law not having ‘an enforcement mechanism’…

Aahh, what’s the big deal…they’re just words…
