Will the Senate Democrats ignore an ‘individual mandate delay’ bill that saves taxpayers $35bn?

Obama gave Business a pass, putting off the Obamacare employer mandate for a year.

House Republicans passed a bill codifying that delay AND adding a one-year ‘individual mandate’ delay. The CBO says the individual mandate delay saves $35bn over 10 yrs.

But chances are Senate Dems led by Harry Reid won’t let that bill come up for a vote.

It would put Democrats in a position where they’d have to either slow down Obamacare implementation if they vote for it, or trample on the ‘little guy’ if they vote against it.

Giving employers a 1-year delay COSTS American taxpayers $12bn.

Giving the individual a 1-year delay SAVES American taxpyers $35bn.

The media and Democrats are going to have to work hard to spin this one.

BlueCollar suggest you call your Senators and let them know how you feel.

Otherwise, that bill will remain firmly locked away in Harry Reid’s ‘ignore’ closet.
