Congress needs to pass budget matters and send the legislation to Obama.

Their legislation should be consistent with views of that governing body. They are the people’s choice, sent to Congress to do the people’s work…not Obama’s.

If Obama chooses to veto budget bills and shut down government, it’s on him.
