Congress needs to stop playing games with our future.

To fast-track approval of Obama nominees, last year the Democrat Senate did away with the filibuster process, neutering the only power a minority Senate body has.

(For those unfamiliar with the ‘filibuster‘, it’s a delay tactic granted the minority in a political body to prevent ‘tyranny of the majority’ on legislative process. It’s a part of the Senate’s rules…which Democrats torched to push Obama’s agenda last year.)

Getting our economy back on track is a lot more important than crony favoritism.

On that note, BCP suggests Republicans grow a pair, and invoke the same nuclear option to stop any filibustering of bills related to growing the economy, and adding jobs.
