Doing nothing to kill al-Qaeda, but lying to kill…coal?

The Washington Examiner spanks a national media’s non-reporting of the EPA’s outrageously overstated claims regarding the benefits of driving coal out of existence.

A left-leaning Brookings Institution study found the EPA was claiming benefits of 5x-15x what would actually be realized by forcing (impossible) carbon dioxide emission limits.

Why?

Because the real ‘benefits’ wouldn’t cover the estimated compliance cost of the rule!

Once more: if deceptive means are needed to make a point…what’s the point? An Obama-led agency lies to justify questionable policy? Naah, say it ain’t so.

Iraq’s going up in flames, al-Qaeda’s metasticizing…but Obama’s laser-focused…

…on America’s real enemy…coal?

Maybe someone should remind him it wasn’t coal that brought down the Twin Towers.

(And someone should remind the average citizen how their wallet will be affected.)

Sticking up for the little guy, the GOP House has a hearing set for Thursday, to try and stop Obama’s promised energy cost skyrocket from becoming ‘necessary’…

…by exposing the EPA’s overblown hype (we thought ‘lie’ too mean-spirited).

Will the national media attend?

Because, you know, it’s impossible to awaken those who fake being asleep.
