Theater of the Absurd, Part II…How the media revealed their duplicity

Happy New Year, Constitution lovers!! BlueCollar is waxing metaphorical today…

Did you awake today with a vision of 7-ton GOP elephants, or is BlueCollarPerspective the only one aware of the Elephantidae in the Senate’s late-night soupbowl?

Don’t touch that ‘fiscal cliff’ dial…

We begin the new year with an open question to the Media scrum…Does the word ‘originate’ mean anything to you? As in Article 1, Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution, and we quote: “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives.”

How does CNN-NBC-ABC-FOX-CBS, the New York Times et al, think that the United States Senate accomplished anything last evening, when ANY bill to raise revenue has to be originated in the House? (By the way, been there…done that…the 7-ton GOP elephant hidden in the Democrat-controlled Senate closet represents 40 bills a-wasting, as this blog has previously noted.)

Waking to ‘fiscal cliff averted’ headlines this morning, obviously a demonstration that the media either ignores or is oblivious to our U.S. Constitution, we couldn’t think of anyone better than Winston Zeddemore (Ghostbusters) to describe the present deceitful state of current Media philosophy, when it comes to Democrat support…

“Ah, if there’s a steady paycheck in it, I’ll believe anything you say.”

So many have shown such duplicity, raving over Senate futility…

When it comes to the media, Uncommon Deceit is now a common effort. And, it’s a disgrace that GOP Senators would aid & abet the effort to dismantle our Constitution.

One can only hope that Speaker Boehner now has the backbone to point this out.

Failing that, please tell us where our logic is in error…?
