(The other two statues were Confederate leaders with no documented Party affiliation.)
Talk about a circular firing squad concept – every time a Democrat raises their voice in anger against a racist, it turns out to be another Democrat. Let that sink in a minute.
BlueCollar has argued for years that the entire Nation should not be held accountable for the practices of one political Party…the Democrat Party…hiding, in plain sight.
Half the Nation fought to END slavery: hundreds of thousands died. It would be beyond cruel to make descendants of those brave dead pay any more than was already paid.
If reparations are necessary, the Slavery Party alone should be held accountable…
…and, then, like these statues, relegate that Party to the dustbin of history.
BlackLivesMatter wants closure? Nancy Pelosi should take a knee one last time…
…to give BLM the folded flag of a forsaken Slavery Party…the Democrat Party.
Anything less would be hypocrisy…but, then, we are talking about Democrats.
We are always told, we must reform the most advanced form of government in human history. All the reforms ever mentioned have already been tried and failed.
Nothing new. Our government is a living instrument already. Individual freedom is ever changing, there in lies the problem, for those who want control. Yet what gave them their control, they attained have was their individual freedom.
Then they grow lazy with greed, losing the very moral virtue that got them here.
Get over it, we will not give it up.
Survival of the fittest, is the only other option available to individual freedom.

Absolutely! I’m so tired of the false claims of party transfers during the Civil Rights Era. At no point did the Slave loving Democrat’s become Republicans and vice-versa. And now we stand at a juncture where minorities are being manipulated into anger by the Party of Hate in an attempt to disrupt the upcoming election as well as the Durham investigation results. Americans….quit being so fricking easy to play and get a clue. BTW, your comment about ancestors is so true. I won’t willingly pay a damn dime of reparations…my ancestor was Gen. Joseph Hooker. Exactly right, there was no ‘shift’ but they had to think of some way to spin it. Nothing tells us more about that Party than Margaret Sanger, a left-wing nutjob who became their stealth heroine by wrapping black genocide in a Planned Parenthood facade with a ‘choice’ message that was bought lock-stock-&-barrel by the black community.
