The REAL question concerning executive authority should be…

Democrat senators couldn’t answer a Weekly Standard question about where the line is drawn on executive authority, when it comes to suspending parts of Obamacare law…

Headline: “Are There Any Parts of Obamacare the President Can’t Suspend?”

But with law-suspension precedents Obama has set, it’s not just about Obamacare.

The real question should be…

…based on his actions…are there parts of ANY law the President can’t suspend?

Hint to Democrat senators…the answer is in the U.S. Constitution

(…You know, Senator…that ‘thing’ you swore an oath to support and defend…, and …that ‘thing’ that created for you the very office and authority you hide behind…)

Specifically…

Art. II Sect. 3: “…(the President) shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…”
Nothing in that Section refers to ‘faithfully suspended-waived-exempted-ignored…’
