Does this mean the Chargers-Bengals game was a… Soap Bowl…?

Evidently, in order to make sure of maximum ad coverage, Proctor & Gamble bought up the remaining tickets for the NFL playoff game featuring the Chargers and Bengals.

It may have been good marketing policy, but it does open a debate…

…why should fans buy hyper-inflated-price playoff tickets at all, if advertisers are that desperate for viewers they’ll buy up seats to guarantee hometown TV coverage?

Besides, Major Networks could easily fake the headcount numbers in stadiums…

…after all, they’ve been faking jobless and economic numbers for Obama for 5 years!
