Freedom of assembly, worship, livelihood and speech are enshrined in our Constitution.

For our Liberties to be abridged, the burden of Just Cause must be proved. Black Letter Law establishes ‘basic standard elements’ which are free from doubt or dispute…and that’s the definition of our Bill of Rights…set in stone some 233 years ago.

To claim otherwise is just flat-out wrong, without honest data justifying loss of liberties.

Panic-porn fear-mongering using deceptively slanted data doesn’t meet that standard.

Governors hiding behind fear-mongering to destroy Liberties are doing so unlawfully, and, by that act, are violating their sworn oath-of-office to support the U. S. Constitution.
