In a CNN interview last Monday, former DNI Clapper says “…if it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation. President Obama is responsible for that, and it was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place.“

We acknowledge a need to ‘do that intelligence community assessment’ which could help expose – or deter – foreign interference and/or influence in our elections…but…

…what part of that justifies surveilling an opposition Party candidate during a national election campaign for the U.S. Presidency when there’s no evidence to justify it?

Obama tasked the effort, and there’s no doubt he was briefed continually…

…he has some SERIOUS ‘splainin’ to do.
