You know there’s polling skullduggery afoot when you hear that “California governor’s race poll shows Trumpster John Cox closing in on leftist Gavin Newsom”…

…but then, we hear this…“Poll: Midwest Abandons Trump, Fueling Democratic Advantage For Control Of Congress”.

How is it…IN CALIFORNIA…a Republican can ‘close in’ on a Democrat, and yet in the Midwest – America’s heartland – Trump is being ‘abandoned’…you may ask?

A state as blue as California showing trending GOP sentiment is a huge argument in favor of voters who see Republican policies as being effective nationwide.

There’s no doubt about historic lows in unemployment, historic highs in business and consumer confidence, historic highs in household take-home pay, and booming GDP.

Bottom line: many polls are more likely used to PUSH sentiment than to gauge it.

Even a Californian sees that.

If, indeed, the American electorate ‘votes with their wallet’…

…no amount of PUSH polling will be enough for Democrat politicians.
