‘Blowing up’ and ‘disintegrating’ sounds as if it’s just now happening.

We suggest rule-of-law HAS disintegrated: with President Trump in office, his drain-the-swamp efforts, and those resisting…have just opened the door on that realization.

Elites are not – and have not been – subject to the rule-of-law…for years.
