…as for giving DACA ‘kids’ a voice…

If the DACA ‘children’ (most are now adults) are given some type of status, it should be in the context of their status, and dis-connected from the status of any foreign relative.

Democrats love to pull on the heart-strings, crying crocodile tears over the ‘poor kids who had no choice’ in their illegal entry to the United States, separated from families.

From that point, it’s only logical that their next argument will be that relatives of the ‘poor kids’ must also be allowed into America, and so on, and so on. Then of course, their next argument is that as illegal immigrants, they had no choice, and have no voice.

But now it appears DACA concessions give them a voice…and, as for choice, as adults now they can say ok, or always go back to the country of their relatives if they so desire.

So whether some segments of DACA-affected illegal immigrants are given certain legal status is not the question, as long as they understand accepting that status has limits.

Given a voice, given a choice.

As for relatives who piggy-backed…someone, please help them pack their bags.

Any Democrat politician who has a problem with that can put up or shut up…

…by ADOPTING the relative, if they’re so convinced of the need to keep them here.
