Gotta hand it to Hillary Clinton, if worst case scenarios run true…and the Rule of Law means anything…she’ll have managed single-handedly to bring down her Party.

It was Lord Acton who coined the phrase “Power tends to corrupt, and Absolute Power corrupts absolutely”…and no-one embodies that truism like Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Unable to contain herself as Obama’s Secretary of State, she set up a private server to mask corrupt actions of rent-seeking, by selling favors to Clinton Foundation donors.

Oops…sorry…should have said ‘allegedly’, but then, when talking about Hillary…

…there are many flavors of ‘allegedly’.

Now, as arguably the worst candidate Democrats could’ve produced in 2016, she made possible a Republican presidency and opened the door to probes of Corruption Inc.

(Errr, sorry…the Democrat Party.)

So far, ensnared are the FBI’s Comey, probably McCabe, Obama’s Attorney General Lynch, Hillary herself, (think ‘unmasking’ fame) Susan Rice and Samantha Power…

…and maybe her boss…#44, Barack Hussein Obama himself.

This is where the conjecture about ‘if the Rule of Law means anything’ applies.

Because it’s common knowledge that the reason Obama’s AG gave Hillary a wink-and-nod whiling suppressing the FBI’s probe is it could have exposed Obama’s acts also.

Andrew McCarthy wrote a definitive article on Obama’s wrongdoing last Sept, showing that the Hillary Clinton email investigation HAD to be tanked…to protect ‘The One’.

So, if Rule of Law means anything, the FBI should reopen Hillary’s email investigation, and that means good ole #44 could go down alongside the Queen of Corruption.

If Rule of Law means anything…they’ll have a lot of company in impeachment trials.

All because “Power tends to Corrupt”…especially when it involves Hillary Clinton.

It comes down to the resolve of the Republican Party – will they fairly and objectively apply the Rule of Law, or tuck tail between legs and allow their tormenters to run free?
