The endless political-trolling for donor dollars means an endless knee-jerk posturing by the elected politician, panting for the next issue that will open donor wallets.

Why not pass a law that stops such antics, by allowing dollar-trolling by politicians no sooner than 6 months before scheduled elections?

Then maybe there will be less useless rhetoric and more serious work.
