The GAO (Govt Accountability Office) can’t issue an opinion on the 2015 and 2016 audits of the federal government because entities reporting to Obama were

• unable to issue audited financial statements;
• unable to receive audit opinions on the complete set of financial statements;
• or, received a disclaimer of opinion on their FY2016 financial statements.

That’s right, girls and boys, the ‘scandal-free’ Obama reign has another non-scandal to add to their list, but hey, what more could we expect for the Unaccountable One?

In the enterprise (private) sector, a corporate CEO would be fired or jailed for this.

In the government (public) sector, a Republican president would be in disgrace.

But, in the Democrat Obama-world, it’s just (funny) business as usual.

And the Sham-stream media yawns…

Here’s the GAO findings in a nutshell: “Three major impediments continued to prevent GAO from rendering an opinion on the federal government’s accrual-based consolidated financial statements: (1) serious financial management problems at the Department of Defense (DOD) that prevented its financial statements from being auditable, (2) the federal government’s inability to adequately account for and reconcile intragovernmental activity and balances between federal entities, and (3) the federal government’s ineffective process for preparing the consolidated financial statements.”

And those mismanaging the government agencies involved were the best and brightest Obama could find from within the Democrat Party!?!?
